1.The aromatic constitutes in the ripe fruit of blueberry (V.corymbosum. cv. Sierra,Duke,Georgiagen and Reveille) were determined using head-space solid phase microextraction(SPME)coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Differences between four blueberry cultivars were studied. The results showed that 105 kinds of substances such as esters, ketones,terpenes,alkyls,alcohols,acids,aldehydes and mixed cycles were detected,there are 48 kinds in Sierra,56 kinds in Duke,56 kinds in Georgiagen and 45 kinds in Reveille,but no acids in Reveille.The main volatile of four blueberries contain constitutes such as esters,and 3-methyl- ethylester,3-methyl-methylster,bicyclo[5.3.0]decapentaene,nonane,2-hexenal, terpineol,linalool,1-hexanol,1-heptanol.The results indicated that aromatic compounds in four blueberry cultivars were slightly different,but the types of main compounds were similar.The differences of aromatic constitutes contributed significantly to particular flavor of different blueberry cultivars.2.Three blueberry varieties (Toro,Sierra and Bluecrop)were cultured in improved WPM medium to observe the influence of additives and culture condition on regeneration system from leaves and rooting culture,and to discover the optimum culture condition.The results showed that the main factors leading to regeneration from leaves was the ratio of ZT and IBA. Propagation ability from leaves on three cultivars were significantly different. When respectively adjusted ZT,IBA concentrations to 0.15mg.l~1,0.01mg.l~1,the propagation ability of the three cultivars were optimum,and Toro was the best. It is propitious to rooting when IBA concentrations was 0.5mg.l~1,but prepared to Toro and Sierra,Bluecrop had lower rooting rate.3.Using the proliferation buds aged for 50 days of Three blueberry varieties (Sierra,Toro and Bluecrop)test materials ,to study the effection of different ground substance and exogenous hormones. ,and to search the method of rooting of the proliferation buds by inserting. Result indicated that: (1) Different ground substance has effection ,taixian is the best one for rooting. (2) In the different exogenous hormones , treating with the NAA+IBA mixed in same proportion in 1000 mg/kg ,can best increased the rooting rate.(3) The rooting ability of the three varieties are different.Sierra and Toro are better than Bluecrop.4.Three blueberry varieties (Toro,Sierra and Bluecrop) were cultured in WPM medium to observe the influence of additives and culture condition on vitrification of plantlets. The results showed that the main factors leading to vitrification of blueberry were concentrations of ZT and culture temperature. The vitrification of plantlets were most seriously when used temperature 28℃and the concentrations of ZT 1.0mg.l~1. Vitrification was obvious difference among different varieties (Toro>Sierra>Bluecrop) . The vitrification could recover when adjusted temperature to 20℃~23℃and ZT 1.0mg.l-1,Bluecrop could recover in a short time and the affect was perfect , followed by Sierra and Toro .
