BADH and mtlD gene were transfered into upland rice 297 and it could gave birth to aberrance plant. We obtained new variety 99-1,99-2,99-3,99-4,99-5 after selection. Their outputs, agriculture characters, salt durable and salt-tolerance physiological index were analysed among different saliferous amount and the results as follows :1. When transfer the same gene the new variety show different in salt durable. If lines 99-1,99-2,99-3,99-4,99-5 and CK were planted on pickled soil separately, which saliferous amount were 0.3±0.05%,0.5±0.05% and 0.8±0.05%, the results demonstrated that series tested were different from CK slightly in production when the soil slightly pickled. The production of the series experiment and CK all descended as the increase of soil saliferous amount, and the trend of descend was different greatly, 99-4 and 99-5 descend velocity was slow, however the velocity of 99-1, 99-2, 99-3 and CK were rapidly, and the difference in production was distinctness.2. Productions of the lines which were tested in high saliferous amount(0.8±0.05%) all were more than CK, the extent of increase production was 7.5% to 52.7%, besides 99-5 and 99-4 increased 98Kg per mu and 90Kg per mu separately ,and the trend even reach 52.7% and 48.4%, showing good character both in salt durable and fighting a drought, therefore they could be tentative plant in the salina of Yellow River area.3. The influence of salt density in germinate efficiency and force of the new variety. It demonstrated that the germinate efficiency and force of seeds were almost the same in low saliferous amount, even increase slightly, when the germinate efficiency and force of seeds were tested in NaCl solution ,which density were 0.3 %,0.5%,0.8% separately , as the increase of saliferous amount, the germinate efficiency and force of seeds descended ,however the lines of salt durable 99-4,99-5 were slow in the trend of descendant, when compare to the other lines and CK the difference were tarnal distinct, and between 99-4 and 99-5 there was no difference merely.4. The difference of physiological index in the salt durable lines. The results of the lines tested in mensuration of relatively conductance via planting on different saliferous amount soil indicated: in low saliferous amount the conductance of the lines was differentia slightly , as the increase of saliferous amount, the conductance of lines slowly increased ,however it was biggish different in the trend , the salt durable line 99-4 and 99-5 increase velocity was slow, it demonstrated the membrane damage of the two lines was the most lightly ,and the capacity of salt durable was mighty. In low saliferous amount, the lines tested were slightly different in praline amount, as the increase of saliferous amount the praline amount was increased ,however the trend was different greatly ,the lines 99-4 and 99-5 increased velocity rapidly , and could protect the membrane well for their proline amount even reach 5to 15 times compared to CK.5. The possible reasons of expression difference after transfer-genetic.The five new lines of tested were different in salt durable ,production , agriculture character and physiological index biggish even they were the aberrance from same receptor which transfer the same gene . The possible reason was that the character of organism was controlled by inner metabolism, and metabolism was decided by the production of genes, then the gene expression extent and amount lead the difference. It demonstrated transfer technology was available path to create aberrance in plants, and their offspring need general breeding to select and appraise.
