In recent years,seedling cultivation area has been increased year by year in Tai'an.The main types are:Sabina chinensis(L.) Ant.cv.Kaizuca,Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea,ligustrum guihoui var,ligustrum lucidum,pine, and some economic seedlings and saplings.Berberis thunbergii cv. Atropurpurea seedlings grow slowly,with weak capacity to restrain weeds. The weed has a great density,with serious harm to Berberis thunbergii cv. Atropurpurea.The current method of weed control is still mainly manual weeding.The chemical weeding is seldom applied,and there has been no application report.To solve the problem of weed control in Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea weeding nursery,the paper exposes the weed type,weed community,state of harm in the nursery in Tai'an.The kinds and combinations of herbicide safe to Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea.were screened through indoor tests and field tests,and the action type and optimum proportion was studied by indoor bioassay.The mixture for weed control in Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea weeding nursery is determined,through field tests.Based on the above research,the techonogy of weed control in Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea weeding nursery is set.The results are as follows:1.Weed types,characteristics of harm,weed communityUsing inverted "W" 9 sampling method,weed species and community structure of Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea weeding nursery was investigated.The results show that 62 species of 23 families are found,mainly with grass and broadleaf weeds mixed orienting.The common grass weeds mainly are Eleusine indica(L.)Gaertn,Avena fatua L,Aegilops squarrosa L.,Bromus japonicus Thunb.,Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Scop.,Eleusine indica(L.) Gaertn,Setaria viridis(L.) Beauv, Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv.,Eragrostis pilosa(L.) beauv..Broadleaf weeds mainly are Capsella burse-pastoris(L.) Medic,Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur,Silene conoidea L.,Arenaria serpyllifolia L.,Stellaria media(Linn.) Cyr.,Malachium aquaticum(L.) Fries,Mollugo pentaph.vlla L.,Centipeda minima(L.) A.Br.et Asch.,Galium aparine L.,Amaranthus retroflexus L.,Amaranthus viridis L.,Chenopodium album Linn.,Portulaca oleracea L., Commelina benghalensis L.,Acalypha australis Linn.And sedge family weeds mainly are Cyperus iria L.and Cyperus difformis L..The mainly weeds are biennial and some annual weeds in winter and spring,such as Eleusine indica(L.) Gaertn,Avena fatua L.,Aegilops squarrosa L.,Bromus japonicus Thunb.,Capsella burse-pastoris(L.) Medic,Descurainia sophia (L.) Schur,Silene conoidea L.,Arenaria serpyllifolia L.,Stellaria media (Linn.) Cyr.,Malachium aquaticum(L.) Fries,Erysimum cheiranthoides L., Lepidium lotifolium L.var.affine C.A.Mey.,Trigonotis peduncularis(Trev.) Benth.,Galium aparine,and so on.Occurrence of weeds as annual weeds,the more the weeds and perennial weeds mixed or in tum with three peak periods,and appeares in spring, summer and autumn.Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea weeds are in a large quantity,high frequency,the field frequencies of Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Scop.,Eleusine indica(L.) Gaertn,Portulaca oleracea L.Cyperus iria L.and Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur.are more than 80%,and the frequencies of Amaranthus retrofle.xus L.,Eclipta prostrata L.,Echinochloa crus-galli(L.) Beauv., Alopecirus aequalis Sobol.and Capsella bursa-pastoris Medic.are in the field more than 60%.In large density,the field densities of Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Seop., Eleusine indica(L.) Gaertn.,Portulaca oleracea L.,Eclipta prostrata L., Echinochloa crus-galli(L.) Beauv.and Cyperus iria L are 20/m~2 above.From the hazard situation,Capsella burse-pastoris(L.) Medic, Alopecirus aequalis Sobol,Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur.,Galium aparine L., Arenaria serpyllifolia L.,Silene conoidea L.,Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Scop.,Eleusine indica(L.) Gaertn,Portulaca oleracea L.,Eclipta prostrata L,Echinochloa crus-galli(L.) Beauv.and Cyperus iria L.are more than 20 in all.With mang weed communities.From January to April the main communities are Capsella burse-pastoris(L.) Medic-Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur.,Capsella burse-pastoris(L.) Medic-Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur.-Arenaria serpyllifolia L.-Polygonum aviculare L,Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur.-Alopecurus aequalis Sobol.-Arenaria serpyllifolia L.-Echinochloa crus-galli(L.) Beauv.,Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur.-Alopecurus aequalis Sobol.-Polygonum aviculare L..Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Scop.-Eleusine indica(L.) Gaertn-Echinochloa crus-galli(L.) Beauv.-Amaranthus retrofle.xus L.,Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Scop.-Eleusine indica(L.) Gaertn Amaranthus retrofle.xus L.,Digitaria sanguinalis(L.) Scop.-Echinochloa crus-galli(L.) Beauv.-Chenopodium album L.-Amaranthus retrofle.xus L.-Eclipta prostrata L.are main communities from May to September.From October to December the main communities are Stellaria media(L.) Cyr.-Descurainia sophia(L.) Schur.-Capsella burse-pastoris(L.) Medic, Deseurainia sophia(L.) Schur.-Galium aparine L.-Capsella burse-pastoris (L.) Medic-Arenaria serpyllifolia L..2.Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea indoor nursery herbicide efficacy of screening and evaluation25 kinds of herbicides single dose were screened indoors,the searches security,and biological activity,herbicide broad spectrum of butachlor, alachlor,pendimethalin,quizalofop-p-ethyl,clethodim,lactofen,fomesafen, fluoroglycofen-ethyl,Oxyfluorfen 10 kinds of pharmacy were screened out. Then indoor and outdoor were studied,which would provide an important basis for further large areas of the field test and mixture processing.3.The searches safety,the high biological activity screening mixed herbicide portfolio.The best combination of herbicide mixture ratio indoor and the type of joint research study potted plants indoor showed that:pendimethalin and oxyfluorfen mixed perfonnance for synergy,the best ratio between is 9:1, refined quizalofop-p-ethyl and fomesafen mixed performance combined role, the best ratio of the range of 3 to 5:1,quizalofop-p-ethyl and fluoroglycofenethyl mixed performance for the combined role,and the best ratio range is 2.5 to3:2.4.Small mixed sample portfolio field trial test.The above combinations were respectively processed to 20% pendimethalin·ethoxycarbonyl EC,15%quizalofop-p-ethyl·fluoroglycofen -ethyl EC.The toxicological tests of these 2 combinations together with 15% quizalofop-p-ethyl·fluoroglycofen-ethyl EC were studied.The result showed that all the 3 combinations had better control effect on the main weeds in Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea nursery and were safe to Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea.5.The establishment of chemical control technology.According to the results of the study,presented the basic principles of chemical weed control and chemical weed control techniques of Tai'an.City Berberis thunbergii cv.Atropurpurea nursery.
