The fermentative feed was fresh distiller's grain which was inoculated by yeast and rhizopus mixture, yesat and rhizopus and lactobacillus mixture to ferment in anaerobic condition. It was investigated the changes of nutritional composition and amount of microrganism;the ability of inhibiting the harmful microorganism during the different fermenting periods in the feed. The results showed that the amount of both yeast and lactobacillus massly propagated at the 3rd day of fermentation, yeast reached the peak at the 6th day,and then decreased after the 10th day;while the number of lactobacillus reached the peak at the 10th day, there were 8.0×10~8 living lactic acid bacteria per gram of medium,it increased two orders of magnitude than it hasn't fermented(8.0×10~8:4.3×10~6/g).The amount of coliform bacteria greatly descend from 2400/100g to less than 30/100g;moreover,in the feed at the 10th day of fermenting, the contents of CP(13.55%:14.46%~14.75%) CF (22.05%:24.31%~22.63%) and production of organic acid(0.12%~0.53%:1.23~1.50%) were increased, but the starch(26.67%:13.15%~13.38%) was decreased. It was considered that fresh distiller's grain can be made into fermentative feed, the coliform bacteria could be effectively inhibited by inoculated mixed strains before anaerobic fermentation in the fresh distiller's grain can be made microbial feed to produce high yeast, lactobacillus and organic acid.40 crossbred beef cattles which were about at 2.0 years old was used for 60ds in the feeding experiment, the body weight was no significantly difference(380±21.33 kg,P>0.05).It was divided into 4 groups according to completely randomized experimental design. GroupⅠwas control group, the main diets was fresh distiller's grain, forage and concentrate which supplied 1.2 kg per 100 kg body weigh;groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣ's diets was the same composed with the Fermented Distiller's Grain Feed, forage, but concentrate which respectively supplied to 1.2 kg,1.0 kg and 0.8 kg per 100 kg body weigh. The results showed that the ADG of groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwas 1145g/d,1475 g/d,1133g/d and 1098 g/d,the ADG of groupⅡwas significantly higher than any other group(p<0.05),but the ADG between groupⅠ,groupⅢand groupⅣhave no significantly difference(P>0.05),the FCR of GroupⅡwas respectively higher than the groupⅠ(14.48%),groupⅢ(16.98%) andⅣ(19.21%),the feed cost of groupⅡ(¥8.11/kg) was respectively lower than groupⅠ(¥0.86/kg) groupⅢ(¥0.95/kg) and groupⅣ(¥0.39/kg).It was considered that the effect on the fattening exported beef cattle was better when fed with Fermented Distiller's Grain Feed and added proper concentrate supplements.
