Effect Of Different Cultivation Condition On Quality And Yield Of Purple Cai-tai

Hong cai tai (Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis L.var.utilis Tsen et Lee.2n=20) is an important vegertable and it is named as purple cai tai or red cai tai,belong to cabbage spcies (B.campestris) . It is a mutation of Cruciferae colewort vegetable. Because of its taste tender delicious ,so lots of people love it. The Hong Cai tai with excellent quality and high-yield has significant meaning for people's increasing consumption demand. In order to finding out the optimum seed date , soil condition and nitrogenous fertilizer and assort proportion which is used to direction the production. The research making new century I as test material compares the quality and yield respectively under different seed date, soil condition and nitrogenous fertilizer modality and assort proportion.The research has analyzed the affection of soil and planting date for Hong Cai Tai: In order to get first-rank quality and yield, it should be planted on 25^th August and the yield is 973.3kg/667m² (yellow soil) and 1276.93kg/667m² (garden soil) respectively; the quality of Hong Cai Tai which plants in the yellow soil is excellent than the one which plants in the garden but its yield is lower than the latter.The research has analyzed the affection of nitrogenous fertilizer and phosphorus potassium fertilizer proportion for Hong Cai Tai. When the N:P:K proportion is the logical fertilizer, the highest-yield of Hong Cai Tai is 1535.6 kg/667m² and 1586.2kg/667m² respectively. And the solubility sugar, the solubility protein, the Vc, the nitrate and the aminophenol content of the Hong Cai Tai is uppermost. When the nitrogenous fertilizer is different and the N:P:K proportion is same, the quality and the yield of the Hong Cai Tai fertilized with nitrate and phosphorus potassium fertilizer proportion is lower than the one fertilized with nitrate and phosphorus potassium fertilize proportion.So it would get Hong Cai Tai with high-quality and high-yield under such conditions: planting on 25^th August, yellow soil and ammonium which N: P: K is 3:1:1.2.
