| The development and study of the microorganism fertilizer is a hot subject of international agriculture since the entry 21st century,Biological fertilizer is characterized by high effficiency,low cost,innocuity and economization of energy, which may make up for the limitations and disadvantages of chemical fertilizer.The critical problem of developing and utilizating microbial fertilizer is to isolate and screen bacterial strains with high efficient nitrogen fixation,phosphate solubilizing and dissolve resistant kalium.These bacterial strains can supply nutrients elements and microelements for plant growth during the physiological metabolism of these microorganisms.In this article,we first use 5 strains which the laboratory already has,a Trichoderma,three Bacillus and Actinomyces strains,by applying dual culture tests,filter paper method ect,to study these strains to four kinds of cause of disease fungus's antagonistic effect under the laboratory condition.The result indicated: These five kinds of Microbial fertilizer strains all showed the varying degree to four kinds of cause of disease fungi to oppress the Antagonistic effect.in the experiment of strains Antagonistic effect,Trichoderma T68,Bacillus BS-112,Bacillus BS-E and Actinomyces F1 all displayed resistant effect,Bacillus BS-A is not obvious to the Gummy stem blight in water melon.Afterwards conducts the research to these 5 fungus' Fermented Broth's disease-resistant effect,The result indicated,the Fermented Broth of Trichoderma T68,Bacillus BS-112 and Bacillus BS-E all showed obvious resistant effect on pathogens,but the product of Actinomyces F1 was not obvious to Botrytis cinerea Pers.Moreover also discovered in the experiment, The sclerotia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were hyperparasited and their germination rates were reduced by the product of Trichoderma T68.To study growth promotion effect of Microbial fertilizer strains under the laboratory condition,introduce Bioassay of Adventitious Root Formation of Mung Bean Cutting to discuss the growth promotion effect of active matter in these strains' Fermented Broth;by review the growth status of Adventitious Root Formation of Mung Bean Cutting which dealde with Fermented Broth to verdict the exist of active matter in these strains'fermented broth.The result indicated,the adventitious roots dealed by another 4 strains'Fermented Broth are excelledr than CK in number,longth and mass except the one dealed with Actinomyces F1,we can also know effective strains' Fermented Broth can obtain well effect at appropriate dilute concentration, with the reduce of dilute concentration,the effect presented a trend first increase by degress then decrease by degress,exorbitant dilute concentration and low dilute concentration can effect the growth promotion effect,three indexs of the dventitious roots dealed with100 diploid diluent of Fermented Broth of Trichoderma T68 achieved the top correspond with the treatment dealed with distilled water's 167%, 187%and 234%.In the treatments of BS-112,200 diploid diluent's effect is the best,as the treatment of distilled water's 162%,169%and 226%.In the BS-E treatments,100 diploid diluent's effect is the best,as the treatment of distilled water's 168%,176%and 256%,the difference is obvious.To study these strains'effect of Potassium-releasing and Phosphors-resolving,we use respectively molybdenum blue eolorimetric method to measure the ability forbility of decomposing in phosphate and silicate;.The result indicated,BS-112, BS-A and BS-E displayed better Potassium-releasing ability in same cluture condition,in their Fermented Broth the content of K~+ is CK's 181%,141%and 151%,study BS-112 and BS-E to sampling by time in zymosis,we find that the effect presented a trend first decrease by degress then increase by degress along with zymosis time,respectively achevie the best at 72h and 96h;in the effect of Phosphors-resolving,design experiment to measure the Phosphors-resolving ability of these strains to inorganic P and organic P,discovered that thses treatment by strains are better than CK,further more T68,BS-112 and BS-E's ability of Phosphors-resolving on inorganic P and organic P are excellent.The result from the test sampling by time in zymosis indicate that,5 strains all appeared 3 peak value of Phosphors-resolving in zymosis course,and appeared time are different.Compared PH befor and after liquid culture medium zymosis,we find that T68 has better Phosphors-resolving effct while it's PH change little,further research should be carried into execution.Pure bacterial culture and identification showed that the strain BS-112 was Bacillus mucilaginosus,the strain BS-E was Bacillus megaterium.Then plant the cucumber and tomato in a pot,inoculatethere microbial fertilizer bacterial strains, through contrasting the growth with CK,study their influence on vegetable shoots. One month late determine the high and stem thick,finds finally:there microbial fertilizer bacterial strains all have facilitation to the vegetable shoots.To cucumber their averageh eightr caches 11.85cm,increases 36.2%than CK,stem thick is up to 0.425cm,increases 42%than CK;To tomato their average height reaches 19.25cm, stem thick is up to 0.35 cm,increases 106%and 40%than CK respectively.And also finds treatment mixed five microbial fertilizer bacterial strains grows better than others inoculated one bacterial strain... |
