The aim of this paper is to investigate the influence of wheat potassium releasing bacteria on growth、root、nutrients utilization and soil biological activities.The effects of11 affinity potassium-releasing bacteria on the ground part and root of wheat with methods such as semi-solid test and root bag test by testing 8 indicators including root tips 、 surface area 、 volume,etc.The pot experiments were applied to investigate the effects of the 11 strains on the absorption of fertilizer of wheat.In the semi-solid test and root bag test,the results reflected that the strains tested had significantly effects on the growth of wheat seedlings,6 strains of them can promote the development of root system and dry weight of ground part which can benefit the establishment of the root morphology.In two pot experiments,we collected the soil samples to test the content ofavailable potassium and available phosphorus,the results indicated that the conte nt of available potassium were lower than CK2,the control group of 100% potassi um fertilizer application.By testing the accumulation of available potassium and available phosphorus of the ground part,we found that the accumulation of available phosphorus treated with strains tested were higher than that of control group in seedling stage;10 strains made the accumulation of available potassium of ground part treated with WS25、WS27、WS28were higher than that of CK2,especially strain WS27 significantly promoted the seedlings potassium accumulation of wheat.By investing the activities of the activities of invertase,as well as the alka line phosphatase and urease of soil,we found that 6 strains made the the invertas e higher than that of CK1,especially strains WS16 significantly promoted the activ ities of invertase than that of CK2;the activities of alkaline phosphatase treated with 5 strains were higher than the control group,and the activities of urease of soil treated with 6 strains tested were higher than that of CK2,especially strain WS20、WS22、WS27 significantly promoted the activities of urease of soil.Considering the results above,the content of nutrient of soil and the results of seedling potassium accumulation,we got a conclusion about the balance of fertilizer and we found that the wheat potassium releasing bacterium tested can slow down the potassium and phosphorus fixed,they can promote the content of nutrient of ground patwhich wheat can absorb directly.The wheat potassium releasing bacteria tested in this paper were proved to be beneficial promote the utilization and absorption of soil nutrient,they can improve the recovery efficiency(RE)of fertilizer and promote the growth 、 development of wheat.These results can provide theory basis for researching the mechanism of action of the potassium bacterium,they can also make a contribution to developing the microbial fertilizer.
