Potted plant experiments conducted to study the influence of plant growth substance on grow development,physiological characteristic,dry matters accumulation and curing characteristic at the upper leaf of flue-cured tobacco (YunYan87) from 2007 in Experiment Science park of Henan Agriculture University; Meanwhile, field experiment conducted to study the effect of plant growth substance on yield ,value, interior chemical components,the neutrality volatile aroma and physical characteristic . The results as follow:1. Plant growth substance processing, the top five flue-cured tobacco leaf area, the whole plant leaf area and below the 5 top leaf area than CK have increased significantly, the whole plant of T3 is the largest, the top five of T2 is the largest.2. After sprayed plant growth substance, the degradation of chlorophyll of all treatment is higher rate than CK.when to a top 40d, the chlorophyll conten of T1 t is the lowest. On the carotenoids, to fight the top after 40 d when, the content of carotenoids of T2 is the highest.The same as T1 and T3,the check is the lowest.3. In the measuring procedures, NR activity of upper leaf has a drop tendency,and NR activity of T1 is higher than CK.When to 40d after topping,NR activity of all treatment which sprayed plant growth substance is higher than CK.4. In the measuring procedures, SOD activity of upper leaf has a drop tendency, while the content of MDA in all treatment showed a rising tendency. Taken together, T1 after the flue-cured tobacco leaves in a mature anti-aging process in the role of strong, mature in the fields of good resistance.5.After topping all treatment the upper leaves of the total Nitrogen in a declining trend, all trentment the upper lenves of the nicotine content, the total sugar content, reducing sugar content was increasing trend. After topping 40 d, in addition to T1 other than dealing with low nicotine content than CK; other than those dealing with the total control of low sugar content, reducing sugar content in addition to T2, slightly lower than CK, T1 and T3 than CK high potassium content Higher than CK.6. After topping the various organs of tobacco plant dry matter accumulation showed an upward trend, material processing plant growth, to fight the top after 40 d, compared with CK, after the tobacco leaves in the dry matter accumulation and distribution have increased potassium,T2 tobacco in the dry matter accumulation and distribution of potassium are the most.7. In different ecological zones field test model, all processing yield, yield value and upper-middle rate were than higher CK proportion of tobacco; addition to the XuChang tobacco T1 and T2 average price was slightly lower than CK, CK other than treatment the high average price.The plant growth substance processed, all the ecological zones of the upper nicotine content of tobacco, the chlorine content than CK have a certain degree of decline, potassium content and K/Cl higher than CK; all of the central neutral volatile aroma substances The combined effect of both better than CK; handle all the different parts of the tobacco leaf heavy, filled with value and quality ratio of CK have a certain degree of improvement.To sum up, processed by plant growth substance to break through the upper leaves and roots, hormone balance, the change in hormone levels, effects C, N metabolism key enzyme activity and conversion of nitrate reductase activity, increased breathing dry matter accumulation of various organs Volume, to increase potassium in the distribution of tobacco, thereby improving the quality of the appearance of the upper leaves, thereby significantly increased potassium content of the upper and lower nicotine content in the upper part of the internal and chemical composition of the upper part of a more coordinated, while significantly increased in Tobacco Aroma of volatile substances content, a marked improvement in the upper part of the physical characteristics and ultimately improve the upper part of the industrial availability, but also in the bottom of a certain positive role. Based on the above analysis, I believe that after the spraying of plant growth substance on the three tobacco conventional chemical composition, physical characteristics and neutral aroma substances have a positive impact on the content and a certain adaptation to the ecological environment, according to local conditions promoting to use.
