A Study On Security And Medicinal Effect Of Mixture Of Herbicides And Carbamide In Wheat Fields Of Xinyang Area

This paper,by one factor randomized a block design,is aimed at studying an experimental scheme with herbicide(2,4-D butylate and MCPA,each set up 5 levels) and nitrogenous fertilizer(carbamide,set up 5 levels).In this paper,security aspects in terms of the winter wheat and herbicide performance of wheat field weeds are carried on. Morphological and physiological indicators of the winter wheat are determined and analyzed,such as crop height,spike long,leaf area,the content of chlorophyll,levels of nitrate reductase,levels of SOD and so on.Furthermore,wheat yield and wheat field weed preventives and killings are investigated.Thereby,safe and high effect schemes with the mixture of herbicide and nitrogenous fertilizer are sifted.The experimental result indicates that,2,4-D butylate and carbamide,MCPA and carbamide are mixed appropriately together in application in wheat fields between winter wheat reviving stage and jointing stage,which is in a position to enhance wheat yield and wheat field weed preventives and killings in light of wheat security aspects. The most ideal allocation ratio tends to be:2,4-D butylate(100～150ml/667m~2)+ carbamide(30kg/667m~2) and MCPA(100～150g/667m~2)+ carbamide(30kg/667m~2).
