This paper, by adopting triple factors orthogonal regression rotational combination design, by field experiments and pot experiments, studied the wheat's physiological and ecological effects. Ecological and physiological indicators of wheat were determined and analyzed, such as leaf area, crop height, the content of chlorophyll, photosynthesis rate, the level of SOD and POD and so on, then explored the interrelationship among the herbicide, carbamide and plant growth regulator. The results showed that: the combined application of 2,4-D, carbamide and MET can promote the performance of carbamide. Especially the MET could promote the efficacy of the carbamide. There were no poisonous effects at the wheat when 2,4-D, carbamide and MET were mixed. The MET reduced the wheat height as well as the chlorophyll was produced, the MET could adjust the leaf stoma, reduce the rise of steam, enhance the wheat drought resistantance. The 2,4-D influence the wheat showed unitary quadratic curve, it promote grow at lower consistency, it restrain grow at higher consistency. 2,4-D mixed with the carbamide were harmful to the wheat, but the effect was smaller than which MET mixed with the carbamide. The paper showed the best using quantity at the field: 2,4-D ( 75~105ml/667 m~2), carbamide (16-22.5 kg/667 m~2), MET (155~225g/667m~2).
