Sitobion avenae Fabricius is one of important pests which attacts wheat.Based on studying on induced-resistance of 5 Aegilops species to Sitobion avenae,both threshold of aphid threshold number and threshold of feeding time which was enough to induce the resistance of Aegilops were found.The relationship between protective enzymes change of Aegilops species by the pest and the detoxic enzymes of aphids was also studied.The results as follows:1.5 accessions of Aegilops species in annual wild relative Triticeae were evaluated for induced-resistance to Sitobion avenae Fabricius by the aphid number ratio.Aegilops biuncialis whose aphid number ratio was the most least was found to be the high resistance,on the contrary, A.crassa(AS97),A.vavilovii(AS104),Aegilops ovata(AS5),A.juvenalis(AS123) were getting down each by each.2.In adult stage of Aegilops,the induced resistance of 5 Aegilops species by the feeding of Sitobion avenae Fabricius was conducted.After feeding,the enzyme activities of CAT,SOD,APX raised with certain degree in the plant,respectively compared to those before feeding.The increasing ratio of SOD,APX activities which raised with the resistance levels of species had relations to the aphid number ratio(R~2 0.9993,0.8692),which showed the increasing ratios of SOD,APX enzyme activities were related to resistance to aphid in Aegilops species.All these facts possibly indicated that they were somethings to do with the induce of aphid's feeding which would raise with the resistance level of species.The activities of CarE,GST and Protease reduced with certain degree in the plant respectively compared to those before feeding.The increasing ratio of CarE,GST and Protease enzyme activities which reduced with the resistance levels of species had relations to the aphid number ratio(R~2 0.7858,0.9102,0.8017),which showed the reducing ratio of CarE,GST Protease activities were related to resistance to aphid in Aegilops species.All these facts possibly indicated that they were somethings to do with the induce of aphid's feeding which would reduce with the resistance level of species.3.In seedling stage of Aegilops,the resistance of 5 Aegilops species induced by the feeding of Sitobion avenae Fabricius was tested.After feeding,the enzyme activities of CAT,SOD,APX raised with certain degree in the plant,respectively compared to those before feeding,the increasing ratio of SOD,APX enzyme activities which raised with the resistance levels of species had relations to the aphid number ratio(R~2 0.8633,0.777),which showed the increasing ratio of SOD,APX enzyme activities were related to resistance to aphid in Aegilops species.All these facts possibly indicated that they were somethings to do with the induce of aphid's feeding which would raise with the resistance level of species.The insect's enzyme activities of CarE,GST and Protease reduced with certain degree in the plant respectively compared to those before feeding, the increasing ratio of CarE,GST and Protease activities which reduced with the resistance levels of species had relations to the aphid number ratio(R~2 0.9255,0.7435,0.9435),which showed the reducing ratio of CarE,GST and Protease enzyme activities were related to resistance to aphid in Aegilops species.All these facts possibly indicated that they were somethings to do with the induce of aphid's feeding which would reduce with the resistance level of species4.The threshold level of the insect number which was enough to induce the resistance of Aegilops by their feeding was determined.A.juvenalis(AS123) which was with high resistance was much more sensitive to the feeding of Sitobion avenae Fabricius,CAT raised multiples for 2.81 SOD to raise multiples 2.83.By comparison,A.vavilovii(AS104) which was with high susceptibility and was not sensitive to the feeding probation of Rhopalosiphum padi,CAT raise multiples to 1.38,SOD raise to multiples 1.42.the best nmber is 30.5.The threshold level of feeding time which was enough to induce the resistance of Aegilops was also studied.A.biuncialis(AS48) which was with high resistance was much more sensitive to the feeding of Sitobion avenae Fabricius,CAT raised to multiples 3.93,SOD raised to multiples 3.15.By comparison,A.vavilovii(AS104)which was with high susceptibility and was not sensitive to the feeding probation of Sitobion avenae,CAT raise to multiples 1.32,SOD raise to multiples 1.22,and the best time is 24h.
