| Aphelenchoides besseyi is an important parastic nematodes on rice .The article study On the artificial propagation and pathogenicity testin of A. besseyi. Culativating Aphelenchoides besseyi with B.cinema and Tnoculating on healthy rice seed,testing it's pathogenicity.The study make a contrast of the nematodes' reproduction guartity.under four different temperature. four different illumination and three different humidity.The result show that with the temperature 30℃.humidity 80% and illumination 6h.the production speed of the nematodes is the fastest and the reproduction guantityis the higest.Znoculating A. besseyi. which cultivated with B.cinema.On healthy rice seed through soaking seed.soaking buds.and noting buds.then surveying the field diease incidence rate of seed.As the result indicates,at the same condition of vaccination density and field management,the seed inoculated through soaking seed get morbidity,but others did not.Znoculating nematodes that cultivated with B.cinema .and Tsocated from sick rice seed on.healthy seed.then surveying thein field diease incidence rates.The result shows both of the nematodes can cause rice got diease,but the diease incidence rate caused by the later is oboiously higher.A. besseyi.is a typically diease transmit between seed.The pathogenic nematodes ambush between the shell of kernel and the grain of rice to survive the winter.After sowing the nematodes invade round the growing point from seelding's coleptile and shoath seam.making damage along with the growth of rice.The typical symptom of A. besseyi. is dwring the booting stage,there form a distorted gray tine which 2~4cm from the point of blade,and at the sick and healthy interface point there is a winding-brown borderline.It is a main basis to diagnose field diease.At recent ten years,Large area "small grains and erect panicles" occur successively during rice production in jiang su province.There isn't a unitive explanation of this phenomena.The field method of this study is isolating nematodes again from sick rice seed, aiming to find out the resource of the diease and provide a basis for the "small grains and erect panicles'" in rice production. |
