To reveal the genetic differentiation of 3xinjiang game chicken populations, the genetic polymorphisms of 8 microsatellites of the 3 populations were studied Mean heterozygsity, polymorphism information content, mean effective number of allele and genetic distance were calculated for each population and a dendrogram was obtained based on genetic distance. The results were as follows:1,Allele frequencies of each microsatellite locus has marked difference between different groups that show alleles distribution imbalance among different groups. For the 8 microsatellite loci examined, the total number of alleles was 77, and the mean number of alleles was 9.63.2,The microsatellite variation statistics indicate that MCW0157 has the largest mean genetic heterozygosity (0.8569). While ADL0298 has the least mean genetic heterozygosity (0.6723). The population genetic heterozygosity within Tulufan game chicken was the highest (0.8255),Yili game chicken was the lowest (0.7874).3,There were high polymorphism information content of 8 microsatellite loci in 3 chicken population and all PIC exceed 0.5, so the 8 microsatellite loci were high polymorphism and effective marker for analysis of genetic diversity among chicken population.4,The average among all groups of genetic distance of 0.2886(0.2051~0.3859, Tulufan and Kashi game chicken between the Ds genetic distance for the last 0.2051, Yili and Kashi game chicken Ds genetic distance between the farthest to 0.3859.5,Utilized SPASS 13.0 microware to analyzed the body measurement of xinjiang game chickens.The results showed that, Turpan game chickens, Kashi and YiLi game chickens differences significant or very significant in body size.The result of the 8 microsatellite loci were high polymorphic,so the 8 microsatellite loci were effective markers for analysis of genetic relationship in xinjiang game chickens.It can be used to the research areas of analysis of genetic distance, diversity assessment and character selection. The genetic polymorphism of xinjiang game chickens is plentiful, hereditary variation and genetic potential is larger . Using the genetype that a new fuchsin can be selected .
