| The sensitive tests of Myzus persicae(Sulzer)to 3 insecticides, imidacloprid, carbosulfan and fenvalerate, were observated. The result showed that the aphid sensitivity of Fuzhou Huanxi population was the highest in 4 different populations,so Fuzhou Huanxi population was selected as the comparatively sensitive population. The activities of AChE,CarE and GSTs of the aphid population from 3 main planting tobacco areas of Fujian were determined, the results showed that the activities of 3 enzymes were obviously different, and the order of activities of 3 enzymes were the Sanming population>the Nanping population>the Lonyyan population. Then the toxicities of 3 insecticides to the aphids were studied at different tempetatures. For imidacloprid and carbosulfan, from 15℃to 35℃,the relation between the toxicity and the temperature was positive correlation. The toxicity of imidacloprid of 15℃was 7.124 times high as that at 35℃;the toxicity of carbosulfan of 15℃was 2.882 times high as that at 35℃.for fenvalerate, the relation between the toxicity and the temperature was negative correlation, the toxicity of imidacloprid of 35℃was 5.048 times high as that at 15℃. The resistant diversities of M.persicae on different hosts and their resistant mechanisms were studied. The results showed the toxicity order of the aphid populations on different hosts was cabbage population>morel population>tobacco population>peach population. The activity order of ACHE,GSTs and CarE were cabbage population>morel population>tobacco population>peach population. The activity differences of 3 enzymes were important reasons for the activities of insecticides on M.persicae on different hosts. |
