The experiment selects 3 inner Mongolian brood sheep with rumen fistula , the testing method has discussed in effect of two kind of different proportion DDGS substitution date corn on rumen parameters and degradation rate of protein. The experiment divided into 7 stages which were named control group ,DDGS I 10%,DDGS I 20%,DDGS I 30% and DDGS II substitution date corn10%,20%,30% respectively. Two kind of DDGS under three different proportion have same influence to sheep rumen paramerers. PH value: between 10% groups and control group not significant (P>0.05), 20% groups and 30% groups are obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05). Infusorium quantity: three experimental groups and control group have not significant (P>0.05). NH3-N density: three experimental groups and control group not significant (P>0.05). BCP density: 20% groups obviously higher than the control group and 10% groups (P<0.05), 10% groups, 30% groups with control group not significant(P>0.05), 20% groups and 30% group not significant (P>0.05). Total volatile fat acid concentration: 10% groups with control group not significant(P>0.05), 20% group and 30% group even obviously higher than the control group and 10% groups (P<0.05), 20% groups with 30% group not significant (P>0.05).DDGS substitute date corn influence to two kind of DDGS dry matter and the protein degeneration rate are not significant (P>0.05), but in value 20% groups highest.under same substitution proportion, two kind of DDGS groups to sheep rumen parameters each index not significant (P>0.05). Under the identical date corn, two kind of DDGS dry matter and protein degeneration rate not significant (P>0.05). But in value the group DDGSâ… is higher than DDGSâ…¡group. It had certain influence to sheep rumen parameters that DDGS substitute date corn. The result indicated that suitable corn substitution proportion were 20%.
