The study focused on appraising the effects of different levels of wet corn gluten feed in diets on rumen fermentation, rumen digestion and blood parameters of dairy cows. The purpose was to choose the best ratio of wet corn gluten feed in diets. Some theoretical basis for the future research and actual application were provided.Firstly, wet corn gluten feed was analyzed at laboratory. And four dairy cows fitted permanent rumen fistula were chosen. This experiment used4x4Latin Square of design. While setting the control group, adding different levels of wet corn gluten feed in diets on basic of dry matter. The treatments were basal diet (A), level of wet corn gluten feed in diets by5%(B), level of wet corn gluten feed in diets by10%(C), level of wet corn gluten feed in diets by15%(D). The experiment was divided into4phases. Each pre-trial period was15d and the formal period of10d, and then studied the effects of different levels of wet corn gluten feed in diets on the rumen degradation rate, diet apparent digestibility, rumen fermentation and blood biochemical parameters. The results showed that:(1) No significant effects on rumen pH and butyrate (.P>0.05). However, D experimental group significantly increased propionate (P<0.05) and significantly reduced acetate, a:p ratio and ammonia-N (P<0.05).(2) The degradation rate by DM of D group was significantly higher than the other treatment groups (P<0.05), and the degradation rate by CP of C and D group was significantly higher than the other treatment groups (P<0.05). And no significant effects on degradation rate by ADF (P>0.05), but the degradation rate by NDF of D group was significantly lower than the other treatment groups (P<0.05), D experimental group was the lowest. And the apparent digestibility by CP, ADF and NDF of C group was significantly higher than the other treatment groups (P<0.05). No significant effects on the apparent digestibility by DM, CP, ADF and NDF (P>0.05).(3) Different dietary levels of wet corn gluten feed did not significantly impact glucose (GLU) and total protein (TP)(P>0.05). However, increasing wet corn gluten feed to15%in the diets significantly reduced triglycerides (TG), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and cholesterol (CHOL) compared with other three groups (P<0.05).The Comprehensive results of analysis showed that wet corn gluten feed is a kind of non-forage feed high in protein and fiber, it was a ideal feed for dairy cow. When the level of wet corn gluten feed is15%, wet corn gluten feed can maintain stabilization of rumen metabolism, without adverse effects to dairy cow. Wet corn gluten feed is worth popularizing widely, and it is a ideal feed.
