Raspberry belongs to Rubus of Rosaceae, fruits of which are polymerization of berry with multi nutrition, especially rich of body absorbable components such as SOD, ellagic acid (natural cancer resistant material), salicylic acid (natural Aspirin) and Raspberry Ketone (natural fining down material), and it is called the third generation fruit. In this work, through tissue culture, it is established the regeneration system for Tulameen and explored its industrial culture technique with low cost and high efficiency, and make it possible to provide large amount of high quality Tulameen seedling for market. The main results of the thesis as follow:(1) The best inducing medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/l +NAA0.1 mg/l.(2) The best proliferation medium is MS+6-BA0.5mg/l+NAA0.1mg/l.(3) The suitable propagating medium is MS+IAA0.1mg/l +GA30.5mg/l.(4) The best rooting medium is 1/2MS+IBA0.4mg/l+NAA0.4mg/l.(5) Seedlings grow well after transferred from conical flask to `jam jars` and lower the cost.(6) The replacement of Agar powder by Fungible Agar saves the time and energy source because of the abolishing of pyrogenation, and low the cost.(7) The replacement of sucrose by White soft sugar for making culture medium makes the cost lower.(8) 7 days training time is necessary for the transferring of the seedling to greenhouse from bottle, the greenhouse condition for getting the highest transplant survival rate is: 200C, 70-80% humidity, in vermiculite and peat soils mixing media.
