Resource Ecology was developed from the coalescent of the science of resourse and the ecology, and its research object is monomial recource or holistic recource. Its role is estimate of effects of using resource on environment, and affording scientific proofs to using resource reasonably and environment protection.In this paper,using and developing resource agelongly was guidance conception. We researched Prunus mira koehne in xizang linzhi on the resource distribution,its total character and contents analysis of fruit etc by phenology observation, community and population investigation, accessing farmer ,physics and chemistry analysis.12 samples(each sample acreage is 20×30m) were investigated detailedly along Brahmaputra and Niyang river in xizang(tibet) linzhi. The samples were compartmentalized three kinds of village type, farmland type and wasteland(or woodland) type base on the degree of jamming. The course of glancing investigation is from east to west in xizang(tibet) linzhi along 318 national highway. Three phenology observation poits were established in the places of near altitude 3000m.This study get to the conclusion thereinafter:(1) reseach on The geography distribution, resource storage, biology and individual ecology of Prunus mira koehne.Prunus mira koehne distribute in the area of altitude 2500~3600m, north latitude: 31°10′--29°58′,east longitude: 91°50′--98°48′,and fasten on lower reaches of Brahmaputra and it's branch—Niyang River. Distribution acreage is 0.10~0.13×104 hm2 , there are 140×103 individual plants in linzhi. The fruit output is 5300000~6900000kg in abundant year.Fruit growth time is abute 150 days from going to seed to autumn. The course of fruit upgrowth likes S curve. The average yield of single tree and crown of tree was strong positive correlation.(2) reseach on the population structure and dynamics of Prunus mira koehneThe regression equation of the populations in village was y=3.1538e0.1673x , the average age was 72.14a in village. the equation was y = 1.4609x + 2.7506 ,and the average age was 68.21a around farmland. the equation was y=28.89e0.0205x,and the average age was 59.15a in wasteland. The populations in village and farmland were in decline stage , and the population was in the stage from stable to decline in wasteland. The age of the population in Tibet Linzhi was senescent, the saplings less than 10a could not be found.Life table of Prunus mira koehne population shows: proportion of mature or excess mature trees was troppo, springwood and veteran was lack, population structure was instability and population of Prunus mira koehne dependsd on midlife tree. Survivaland Mortality curvesof Prunus mira koehne population show: The survival rate of Prunus mira koehne population exhibits as the Deevey-Itype, its mortality rate of individuals at the early stage was very high, and therefore it was short of young seedlings in its population. Its population structure exists undulation in the person of mortality rate is difference in each age phases.(3)Reseach on Effects of Soil Fertility on the Quality of Prunus mira koehneThe results show that: the available N in soil is strong negative related with the content of sugar in Prunus mira koehne fruit(R = 0.7385), and water-soluble B, contents oforganic element,potassium showed weak positive correlation (correlation coefficient:0.5894,0.4190 ,4478), contribution of total Mg in soil to sugar content of the was the largest (Px7 = 1.6409), followed by water-soluble B (Px8 = 1.5647); The pH in soil is strong negative related with the content of acid in Prunus mira koehne fruit; Wherea available K, Ca and Fe in soil is weak negative related with tannin content;The pH in soil is strong negative related with the content of Ca in Prunus mira koehne fruit, and the total Fe,Mg in soil is negative related with the content of Fe in Prunus mira koehne fruit(RFe= 0.6936, RMg= 0.6233), Mg in soil is negative related with the content of Zn in Prunus mira koehne fruit.
