| Genetic diversity and mating system were studied in seedling seed orchard of masson's pine, in Baisha Forestry Farm, Fujian province. The yield of strobile was analysised too. The results were as follows:1. Twelve polymorphic SSR primers were selected from 215 primers. The total polymorphic alleles in all loci were 71 and 5.9 on average.2. The results showed the variation between families of female and male strobile were the more observably. So as to the relationship within families. The yield of female strobile on top and middle canopy was higher, middle and bottom canopy has more male strobile. The west, north and south of the trees had a high yield, and then is the east.3. The outcrossing rates of seed orchard was very high, the multilocus outcrossing rate was 1.200(SD=0.000)and 1.072(SD=0.066). The spatial variation of mating system was studied, the outcrossing rate higher for seeds from the top canopy of the crown in comparison with those from the middle and bottom position. east side seeds had a low outcrossing rate.4. Parentage population and the progeny population showed a high genetic diversity. Shannon's diversity index, mean expected heterozygosity , the Nei diversity all higher than the parentage's.5. There was a little different between the years in genetic diversity. Shannon's diversity index (I),mean expected heterozygosity (He),the Nei diversity (h) and the mean observed heterozygosity (Ho) was resembled with the result of the 2006.6. The spatial variation of genetic diversity was studied. It showed that there was no dominant difference in the canopy. |
