The reseach is to identify the effect of biogas fermentation residues on vegetative growth and fruit quality of apricot and apple, to investigate the optimal concentration and time of anaerobic fermentation slurry spraied on leaves of apricot and apple, and optimal amount of biogas fermentation residues applied to apricot and apple during different periods. The research can provide a basis to standardized production of models of eco-agriculture, in which biogas is the kernel. The experiments of spraying anaerobic fermentation slurry on leaves were carried out through two-factor randomized block design, two factors are concentrations (0%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and times(1, 2, 3). The experiments of applying biogas fermentation residues in soil were carried out through L9(34) orthogonal design. The results are as follows:Through applying anaerobic fermentation slurry on the leaves of apricot, diameter of stem, area of leaves and relative chlorophyll content of leaves increase, but the effects are not significant. The different concentrations of anaerobic fermentation slurry significantly influnce fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, fruit shape index, rigidity of fruit, total soluble solid content, titratable acid content and solid acid ratio. The different times of anaerobic fermentation slurry significantly influnce fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, rigidity of fruit and total soluble solid content. Applying proper concentration and time of anaerobic fermentation slurry on the leaves of apricot, fruit quality and taste are improved. The optimal treatment which can promote vegetative growth of tree and fruit quality, is to apply 50% concentration of anaerobic fermentation slurry 1 time on the leaves exhibition stage and 1 time on leaves growth stage.Through applying anaerobic fermentation slurry on the leaves of apple, the length of fresh tree top and relative chlorophyll content increase, but the effects are not significant. Anaerobic fermentation slurry has no significant impact on the number of leaves of fresh tree top. Applying proper concentration of anaerobic fermentation slurry on the leaves of apple fruit quality can be improved significantly, especially fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, rigidity of fruit, total soluble solid content and solid acid ratio can be improved remarkablely. The different times of anaerobic fermentation slurry significantly influnce fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, rigidity of fruit and total soluble solid content. The optimal treatment which can promote vegetative growth of apple tree and fruit quality is to apply 75% concentration of anaerobic fermentation slurry 3 times on the leaves.Biogas fermentation residues can promote the relative chlorophyll content of leaves, growth of stem diameter of apricot and leaf area but not significantly. Biogas fermentation residues have significant effects on fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, rigidity of fruit, total soluble solids, but not on titratable acid of fruit and solid/ acid ratio of fruit. The optimal treatment which can promote vegetatative growth of tree and fruit quality is to apply 41666.67 kg/hm2 biogas fermentation residues for the first time(after harvest), 41666.67 kg/hm2 biogas fermentation residues for the second time (flowering) and 41666.67 kg/hm2 biogas fermentation residues for the third time (at stage of fruit enlargement).Biogas fermentation residues can promote vegetative growth of tree but not significantly. Biogas fermentation residues can improve fruit quality significantly. Biogas fermentation residues can have significant effects on weight, fruit length, fruit width and titratable acids in the second year, and can influence significantly rigidity of fruit, total soluble solids during two years. Compared with chemical fertilizer, proper amount of biogas fermentation residues can improve fruit quality significantly. The optimal treatment which can promote vegetative growth of tree and fruit quality is to apply 62500 kg/hm2 biogas fermentation residues for the first time(after harvest), 62500 kg/hm2 biogas fermentation residues for the second time (flowering ) and 62500 kg/hm2 biogas fermentation residues for the third time (at stage of fruit enlargement).
