| More and more agricultural residuse were left for the increasing gradually the amount of food, the most outstanding of them were kinds of plant straw. The biogas slurry made by the big scale plant of poultry manure anaerobic fermentation were not used as organic fertilizer in industry of agricultural,So it restricted to use biogas slurry.Therefore It was necessary to find a new way to use biogas slurry. The plant straw that mixed with biogas slurry for anaerobic fermentation could treat it harmlessly at the same time obtained a new effective way to use it.This experiments studied the whole process that corn straw and biogas slurry of cow dung fermented from begainning to stable production of biogas,and optimized the cycle of in and out biogas slurry of cow dung.This experiment studied the fermentation character that corn straw shattered easily fermneted with biogas slurry of cow dung, and studied the corn straw separately with biogas slurry of cow dung, biogas slurry of corn straw to produce biogas by fermenting, studing the change of parameter of process that corn staw were mixed with biogas slurry of corn straw for biogas, The influence of in and out materials for biogas of corn straw fermentation,and the date had been obtained were used in pilot experiments that it were ture or false. The results of experiments consisted following several parts:(1) It existed a big difference between the effect of producing biogas that corn straw with biogas slurry of straw and biogas slurry of cow dung in common fermented by different ratios, ratio of biogas slurry of cow dung 4:5 was the better than others,ratio of biogas slurry of corn straw 5:5 was the better than others.The rate of VS was separately 277.65mL/g·VS and 333.90 mL/g·VS,the content of CH4 was separately 65.49% and 70.11%.(2) The fermentation process of corn straw with biogas slurry of corn straw was studied,and learning the change of TS.VS.pH.Total VFA.cellulose and hemi-cellulos,and confirming the cycle of fermentation was 10 days.(3) The effect of producing biogas were influenced by different in and out frequency of materials as a cycle of 10 days, A better result would be obtained according to 1/3 ratios in and out materials,the volume of daily biogas was 3694.34~3673.37ml,the content of CH4 were 59.21-66.8%,the rate of VS was 275.75mL/g-VS.(4) The effect of date that obtained in lab were conformed with effect of date in pilot experiment. The rule of biogas production of lab experiment was accorded with pilot experiment, the rate of VS was 0.34m3/kg·VS. |
