Rural energy is the material foundation of economic, social and environmentally sustainable development and directly affects the quality of peasants'life. The best way to resolve the rural energy problem is developing biogas. However, we are clearly aware that there are many problems demanding prompt solution in biogas fermentation, one of which is the instabilities of temperature. Nowadays the domestic mostly use the fermentation technology at constant temperatures, which was restricted by environmental factors. Consequently, affording a ideal temperatures for biogas fermentation is a seriously problem that should be urgently solved. Although it is a better way to utilize solar energy, it has the same shortcoming that can't provide an ideal fermentation environment .This paper was presented as a means of designing a temperature-contorting system to actualize the ideal environment which was used as a supplementary of solar energy based on microchip.In order to crystallize the total design, this subject firstly consulted volume of datum related to temperature monitoring & controlling theory and analyzed the total request. Secondly chips are researched and selected, the designation of the hardware which includes the designation for the control core board of AT89C51 single chip, the temperature gathering module, the key load module, the LED display module, the control output module, implementing agency, the communication module of RS232 bus and so on are accomplished. This equipment not only can detect, show and output the real time temperature, but also has the function of computer communication, multi- spots network. With regarding to the software, it writes procedures by C Language and debugs procedures by uVision3.Considering the temperature has some properties like nature of nonlinear, time-varying, hysteretic and so on, this system selected the Fuzzy-PID Control strategy which has high precision and use short time to adjust. The computer simulations are built based on Matlab to analyzing the control system. The system use software proteus and keil c to simulation, through the hardware emulation platform this equipment can display and output the given & tested temperature and the time. The light pair relay can be controlled by the given & tested temperature. If the tested temperature is higher than the given, the relay disconnects and the motor stops running, otherwise, the relay connects and the motor starts running. By simulate running, this system has these advantages:simple circuit, high-level automation and reliable control. The design equipment can be used as a supplementary to solar energy, which can provide an ideal environmental temperature for biogas fermentation. For further research, the paper made a summary at the end, in which deficiencies of the design are pointed and improved direction.
