According to the site conditions, planning, technical and management level, vaccination disinfection emphasis and waste processing equipment, A, B, C, D large-scale farms were classified as excellent, good, normal and poor, The total number of viable bacteria, the most probable number of E.coli. group (MPN) and Salmonella in the environmental of the four large-scale farms were tested. The relationships were studied between the Eevironmental Sanitation Bacteria and the product performance of breed-duck.The results showed the change of the number of viable bacteria and MPN in large-scale farms environment had obvious seasonal rule. The number of viable bacteria were highest in the summer in the air of duck house, sports grounds, farm, off- farm 50m, off farm 100m, off farm 200m, water of swimming pool, packing of house, soil, the surface on undisinfected eggs, were lower in the autumn, spring and winter. When pestilence, the evironmental Sanitation Bacteria were significantly steped up.The number of viable bacteria were highest in the air of duck house, were lower in sports grounds, field, off farm 50m, off farm 100m, off farm 200m. The number of viable bacteria in duck house was significantly higher than that of other sampling locations (P <0.05), was not significant (P> 0.05) among three off farm sampling locations. The number of viable bacteria in the air was a positive correlation with feeding density.and the number of viable bacteria in packing (P <0.05).The total number of viable bacteria in the water and the MPN of the excellent, good duck farms had respectively reached national drinking water standards and poultry drinking water quality standards. In the normal and poor duck farms, the largest overproof multiples of the viable bacteria total number in water were 7.5 times and 9 times, the largest overproof multiples of MPN were 17 times and 32 times, respectively. The well water of four duck farm had not detected Salmonella. The total number of viable bacteria in the water and MPN in duck farms had no significant seasonal regularity. There was no seasonal rule of the total number of viable bacteria and MPN in each duck farms' well water. Hardening sewage conduit, erecting sewerage system were significant measure in preventing ground water being polluted. E.coli. and Salmonella were dected in C farms' soil in winter and D farm' soil in four seasons ,but not detected in A and B duck farms' soil in four seasons except.Before disinfection, the lowest failure checkout rate of breeding eggs was 33.3%, the highest was 91.7%, and the average was 59%; The lowest contaminating rate of Salmonella was 12.5%, the highest was 66.7%, and the average was 41.7%. After disinfection, the total number of eggs' surface viable bacteria and MPN cutted down significantly (P <0.01). E.coli. and Salmonella were not detected. Therefore; good disinfection measure is important means to improve the quality of healthy Eggs.Laying rate and fertility rate of breeding ducks , hatching rate of fertile eggs increased with breeding duck farms' comprehend rank. The average laying rate of the A was higher than B, C, D farms by 2.78%, 4.63 % and 15.12%, respectively. The difference of laying rate in A, B, C farm was not significant (P> 0.05), but significantly different with D duck farm (P <0.05). Fertility rate and hatching rate of B duck farm were higher than C farms' by 2.27% and 1.32%, respectively, but the differences were not significant (P> 0.05). The incidence rate of D duck farm was highest, it was significantly higher than C duck farm (P <0.05) and very significant higher than A and B duck farms (P <0.01).The result showed that when the comprehend rank of breeding duck farm was higher, the lower environmental pollution degree, higher product performance of breeding duck and lower incidence of the disease will be.
