Objective:The paper study the effect of Endocrine and Immune System in rabbits by additive of B.cereus PAS38 and Mannosan.Method:â‘ 124 male rabbits were divided into 4 groups.PAS38 group was fed diet with additive of B.cereus PAS38 on 10~6cfu/g.Mannosan group was fed diet with additive of Mannosan on 0.2g/kg.Mix group was fed diet with additive of both B.cereus PAS38 on 10~6cfu/g and Mannosan on 0.2g/kg.Control group was feed the basic diet.Immunohistochemistry SABC was used to measure the ACTH and 5-HT of rabbit in hypothalamus,pituitarium and adrenal at the day of 15th,30th and 45th.â‘¡Immunohistochemistry SABC was used to measure CD4,CD8 of T lymphocyte in spleen, thymus,sacculus rotundus and vermiform appendix at the day of 15th,30th and 45th.â‘¢MTT was used to measure the transformation of rabbit splenic lymphocyte at the same time. Conclusions:â‘ The result indicates that both the PAS38 and Mannosan can reduce the production on ACTH in hypothalamus,pituitarium and adrenal of the rabbit.By the 15th day of the experiment PAS38 group and Mannosan group show significant reduction of the production on ACTH in hypothalamus,in pituitarium that are PAS38 group and Mix group, in adrenal that is PAS38 group,Mannosan group and Mix group.By the 30th day of the experiment PAS38 group shows significant reduction of the production on ACTH in hypothalamus,in pituitarium that are PAS38 group and Mannosan group,in adrenal that are PAS38 group,Mannosan group and Mix group.By the 45th day all the three testing groups show significant reduction of the production on ACTH in hypothalamus,pituitarium and adrenal.The result also indicates that both the PAS38 and Mannosan can improve the production on 5-HT in hypothalamus,pituitarium and adrenal of the rabbit.By the 15th day of the experiment there is no significant improvement of the production on 5-HT in hypothalamus,pituitarium and adrenal.By the 30th day of the experiment PAS38 group shows significant improvement of the production on 5-HT in hypothalamus,in pituitarium that are PAS38 group and Mix group,in adrenal that are PAS38 group,Mannosan group and Mix group.By the 45th day all the three testing groups show significant improvement of the production on 5-HT in hypothalamus,pituitarium and adrenal.â‘¡Microecology praeparation can utility effective on rabbits' CD4 and CD8.CD4/CD8 show the tendency to normal value by the 15th day of the experiment.But the control group show constantly great change of CD4/CD8 in spleen during the 45 days.â‘¢The result indicates that PAS38 and Mannosan preparation can improve the transformation of rabbit splenic T-lymphocyte respectively.This effect is significant by the 15th day of the experiment and it is observe during the whole experiment,which indicate that microecology preparation can make the improvement on the immune of rabbits.
