The system of crop is open to outside and can maintain its inner steady. It is provided with academic significance to study how crop correspond the organism and apparatuses to maintain its inner steady under the levity environment, and it also have practical meaning for the growth and the yield of crop. The cotton is one of the main economic crops in Xinjiang, using chemical pesticides in ensuring the cotton production and harvest plays an important role. Since the majority of pesticides are a number of varieties of chemical products, so it is a stress to crops in the process of preventing pests, the cotton will have an impact on physiological and biochemical role.In this paper, the cotton of K8 were used to test the physiological and biochemical changes after the application of different concentrations of abamectin, comite, mepiquat chloride, omethoate, deltamethrin and acetamiprid. At the same time we can have a better understanding of impact on several of agronomic traits and physiological in cotton.1. The impact of pesticide stress on protective enzymes'activity of cottonsBased on the research of SOD activity in the seeding stage and SOD, POD, CAT activity in the period of bud stage and boll stage. The three protective enzymes'activities are in increase with different levels compared to control leaves after pesticide stress. and control compared to its leaves the protective enzymes'activity of three different levels of increase, enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) in cotton were activated to remove the large number of reactive oxygen species and maintaining the cell membrane system stability after applicating of pesticides.Third after the administration from the protection of the activity of the changes, in the six of pesticides, the stress of abamectin is the smallest, the stress time of omethoate on cotton is the longest. Deltamethrin and comite are longer. Different concentrations of pesticides have effect on protective enzymes'activity, but the level of activity and the application was no significant correlation.2. The impact of Pesticides stress on free proline and MDA content in cottonThe results show that the pesticide treatment led to cotton leaves membrane lipid peroxidation level rise, cell membranes'structure were damaged, and permeability of cell membranes is increase. Among the six of pesticides, comite and acetamiprid have the most affection to MDA in cotton in the bud stage. The stress time of omethoate and deltamethrin in cotton is longer in the period of bud stage. But the cotton can eliminate the injuries with the time. Different pesticides have different stress in degree in different growth stages.Pesticides as a stress factor, they have different impact in the content of proline in cotton leaves. Different types of pesticides and application of different concentration on the impact of proline are different, but generally show an upward trend. Cotton is sensitive to mepiquat chloride, abamectin, comite, acetamiprid in the seeding stage, proline content is increase significant after the stress of these pesticides, lead by these pesticides stress after its leaves marked increase in the proline content. The pesticides for cotton leaf cells may have greater harm, the harm of omethoate and deltamethrin are lighter. In the bud stage and boll stage, the six pesticides on proline content in a range of small seedling, with the cotton growing period that the extension of the sensitivity of reducing pesticide. This shows that the increse of content of proline may as a major infiltration conditioning, and can delay plant cells water deficit, the stress of a pesticide plant is of great significance.3. The impact of pesticides stress on agronomic traits in cottonThe testing results showed that the pesticide stress on cotton bud opening stage, blossom time, boll opening stage, boll opening rate, plant height and single-boll weight has different influence. The influences of abamectin, comite and mepiquat chloride make cotton squaring and flowering time earlier than the control. Various pesticides have great impact on boll opening stage, and the boll opening stage are the latest after spraying mepiquat chloride and acetamiprid. Cottons'height were significantly lower than that of control after spraying mepiquat chloride, omethoate and deltamethrin. The single-boll weight is the lowest after spraying omethoate and deltamethrin, and the single-boll weight which sprayed mepiquat chloride and acetamiprid is close to control. The impact of pesticides stress on agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical role in cottons will have a better research.
