Rubus is a part of the Rosaceae, which has about 700 species of it in the world , about 208 species and 139 varieties all over our country and Guizhou owns 60 species and 24 varieties. Our research has taken a systematic taxonomy investigation on Rubus of Guizhou which includes observing the documentaries , appraising the plants biomorphes and researching the stipule properties and then revising and adding Flora of Guizhou .According to this , we found 3 new documentary species in Guizhou , which was Rubus glabricarpus W.C.Cheng , R. aurantiacus Focke and R. cockburnianus Hemsley , and then 6 new documentary varieties which was R. pinnatisepalus var. glandulosus Yu et Lu,R. pirifolius var. tomentosus Ktze.,R. reflexus var. lanceolobus Metc.,R. malifolius var. longispalus Yu et Lu,R. innominatus var. macrosepalus Metc.and R. innominatus var. quinatus Bailey . Which Professor He Shunzhi published a new species of Rubus in 2006 was R. wuchuanensis S.Z.He , and that was a new Rubus species of Guizhou . And one leak in Flora of Guizhou was R. fanjingshanensis L.T.Lu ex Boufford et al..After we corroborated the specimen , investigated in the field and revised the species distribution and biomorphes of Guizhou Rubus , we worked out a new species key.At the same time , after we had investigated 56 species and 20 varieties which came from the Flora of Guizhou , we didn't find one species and two varieties in each herbarium we had visited,so that we should make a further research , they are R. biflorus Buchanan-Hamilton ex Smith,R. xanthoneurus var. glandulosus T.T.Yu & L.T.Lu and R. innominatus var. aralioides (Hance) T.T.Yu & L.T.Lu.Since we had researched for 65 species of Rubus of Guizhou , we came to the conclusion that 37 of them could be specified by stipule properties,and then built a species key to supply a new basis for it .
