| In this experiment,through researching the effect of sweetening,anti-oxygen Cysteamine on Bacterium lacticum,and the both fermenting animal feeds in common,to observe the effect of Cysteamine and Bacterium lacticum On Metabolism of Fat in Goose,according to this studying the possible mechamism was preliminarily discussed.The experiment has two parts1 Cysteamine enhancing Bacterium lacticumThis is a out-of-body microorganism experiment,to observing the effect of on Bacterium lacticum.,inoculating Anabiosised and activated 40h Bacterium lacticum in MRS medium. Cultivanting Bacterium lacticum 1h at 37℃.after an hour,adding the concentration for 0ppm,50ppm,100ppm,150ppm,200ppm,250ppm,300ppm,400ppm,500ppm Cysteamine mother liquid in 9 triangular flasks.Cultivanting Bacterium lacticum 1h at 37℃again,and then we mensurated the absorbance of the different concentration Cysteamine at 540nm every hour.observing adding the different concentration Cysteamine,the absorbance of Bacterium lacticum whether or not having developing changes,results were summarized as follows:different concentration Cysteamine have the promotion to the growth of Bacterium lacticum,,at the first 6 hours(p>0.05),at the finally 2 hours,the higher concentration Cysteamine compared to the lower, the difference is obciously,play a role quickly.2The effect of Cysteamine in coordination with Bacterium lacticum On metabolism of fat in GooseIn this experiment,the effect of Cysteamine and Bacterium lacticum in feed On metabolism of fat in Goose have been studied,according to this studying the possible mechanism was preliminarily discussed.A total of fourty-five of health male North-East White Geese at the age of 90d were randomly allocated to three treatment;control group,CS group,and CS+ Bacterium lacticum group,the dietary was supplement with 100mg/kg.W.B,of CS,and the Cysteamine+ Bacterium lacticum group was supplemented with 100mg/kg.W.B,of CS,and 150mg/kg Bacterium lacticum..Geese were fed a week in advance,the experiment,lasted for 6 weeks.from the first experiment week,the geese per group were weighed on an empty stomach,and collected samples for further assess on 7 th in every week,three geese per group were randomly selected and collected blood in wing vein,then separated serum and keep it at -20℃,and then kill three geese at random at 9 week,bloting blood with filter paper,weigh the green weight and abdomen lipin weight,after rejecting,results were summarized as follow(1).During entire trial period,Cysteamine and Bacterium lacticum can increase the weight of geese,can cut down the rate of abdominal of goose,at the end of the test,bodyweight of goose in experiment 32.1g,40.9g(p>0.05) in comparison with the control group,In comparison with the control group,end of weight of the experimental groups increased 21.36%, 27.21%(p<0.05),the rate of abdominal cut down separately 14.82%and 12.66% (p>0.05).(2).During entire trial period,In comparison with the control group,CS group,and CS+ Bacterium lacticum group,the contect.of triglyceride and cholesterol in serum of goose were cut down,but there were no significant differences,triglyceride in serum of goose were cut down 14.08%and 11.05%(p>0.05) of CS group,and cholesterol in serum of were cut down14.92%and 9.32%(p>0.05).(3) During entire trial period,In comparison with the control group,CS group,and CS+ Bacterium lacticum group the contect of insulin and T4 in serum of goose were step up,but there were no significant differences,insulin in serum of goose were step up 23.83%and 30.37% (p>0.05) of CS group,and cholesterol in serum of were step up 13.34%and 12.21%(p>0.05)Through experiment of the foregoing,we can reach conclusion:Cysteamine in coordination with Bacterium lacticum can improve the growth performance of goose and contribute to growth of goose,and improve lipodieresis to a certain degree,reduce sebaceousdeposit... |
