The experiment selected 72 Duroc×Landrace-Yorkshire swine and gilt with an initial live weight of 14.04kg and allotted them randomly to four groups with equal number of males and females, which were raised individually with basal diet(group CT), basal diet added CrY(group CrY), basal diet added CS(group CS) and basal diet added CrY and CS(group CS+CrY), during weaned and growing periods added CS 400mg/kg and 500mg/kg, respectively. During weaned and growing periods added CrY200mg/kg.The experiment results as follow:(1)The diet of adding CS and (or) CrY had no influence on ADG,ADFI and F/G (P>0.05) and presented a trend of slowing of BUN in the weaned and growing pig. (2) The diet of adding CS and (or) CrY presented the trend of the apparent deposition rate of N in the growing pig.and had no significant influence on the apparent deposition rate of Ca (P>0.05). Adding CS and CrY simultaneously can increase significantly on the apparent deposition rate of P (P<0.05), but adding CS or CrY had no effects on that. The diet of adding CS and (or) CrY had no influence on the desposition of nitrogen (P>0.05). (3) During the weaned stage when CS and (or) CrY was added to the diet, GH slowed (P>0.05); Adding CS in the diet significantly increased FT3 (P<0.05). Adding CS and (or) CrY in the diet had a trend of increasing FT3 (P>0.05) and adding CrY showed the trend of increasing FT4 (P>0.05). Adding CS or adding CS and CrY simultaneously can decrease FT4 (P>0.05); the diet adding CS can significantly increase FT3/FT4 (P<0.05); However, the diet containing CS or containing CS and CrY simultaneously presented the trend of increasing of FT3/FT4 (P>0.05). During the growing stage, when CS and (or) CrY was added to the diet, there is a trend that GH and FT3 was increasing. (P>0.05) and efficiency of the former is better than that of the latter. The treatment-containing CrY presented a trend that FT4 rised (P>0.05). However, the treatment containing CS and the treatment containing CS and CrY slowed FT4; Adding CrY in the diet had no influence on FT3/FT4 (P>0.05), but adding CS and CrY simultaneously can significantly increase FT3/FT4 (P<0.05). (4) During the weaned stage when CS and (or) CrY was added to the diet, the level of glucose and insulin was slowing significantly (P<0.05). But the trend of. Glucose/insulin was increasing (P>0.05).During the previous growing stage, when CS and (or) CrY was added to the diet; there is a trend that glucose was slowing... | Keywords/Search Tags: | Cysteamine, Chromium Yeast, Growth performece, Serum metabolites, Lipid metabolism | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
