"Guangdong sugar 86/368" was selected as the material,20%PEG-6000 was used to create the conditions of drought stress at the stage of three leaves, sprayed ABA with different concentrations after 7 hours,the first leaf was taken to analyze the Physiological and Biochemical Characters at different times in order to provide theory base for ABA application in sugarcane drought control1 SOD activity increased 43.3%by 150mg·L-1Exogenous ABA in sugarcane plant,and POD increased 34.6%.At the same time reduce t he ratio of free water/fetter water,inhibited the accumulation of MD A in cells and enhanced the stability of the embrane,the permeability of the membrane decreased 24.5%than CK by 100 mg·L-1ABA.2 The average concentration of chlorophyll-a increased 28.6%,chlo rophyll-b increased by 33.1%and photosynthetic rate increased by 43.8 %using 150mg·L-1exogenous ABA.3 The concentration of soluble protein in sugarcane plant increased by36.6%using150mg·L-1of ABA;the activity of nitrate reductase ABA increased by 48.6%using 100 mg·L-14 The concentration of proline increased by 21.2%using 150mg·L-1 of ABA,plant to the concentration of soluble sugar increased by23.1% using 200 mg·L-15 The endogenesis hormone in sugarcane plant were increase greatl y by using 150mg.L-1 of ABA,the concentration of ABA increased 31 .2%,the concentration of IAA increased 38.5%in,the concentration of GA3 increased 45.8%;the content of ZR increased by 47.3%using 1 00 mg·L-1ABA6 Green leaf rate and plant height improved significantly then the control and the concentration of 150 mg.L-1ABA,increased plant height 38.6%and green leaf rate 33.4%than the control.Conclusion:ABA can improve the resistance to drought of sugarcane, ABA is conducive to sugarcane growth under drought stress in winter.,the drought-resistance can be increased greatly under the Concentration of ABA 150 mg·L-1.
