The paper studies on the effects of the desulphurization byproduct in Coal-fired Flue Gas on the content of pH, available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn in the HaiLiu Park area alkaline soil and school farm soil (non-alkaline soil)with the indoor simulation test method. Finally, determined the optimal application rate of Solonetzs amendment, the results are as follows:1. The effects of amendment on HaiLiu Park area alkaline soil were obvious. After applying amendment, soil pH value reduced obviously; the effects on alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn were positive and significant. The effects on dissolved organic matter and available molybdenum were negative and significant. Although the effects on rapidly available potassium were negative, it did not reach significant levels.2. In the application of amendment in non-alkali soil, although it lowers the soil pH value, the effects did not reach significant levels; the effective effects on alkali-hydrolyzable and Fe, Mn presented significant and positive; the effects on dissolved organic matter and available molybdenum were negative and significant. Solution Of organic matter and the impact of effective molybdenum show significant negative effects.3. Alkaline earth currents to the general application of conditioner when the application rate of amendment reached 1500 ~ 2000 kg/667m2, and the time was over 30 days, the improving effect was significant.
