| Caragana is a sort of sandy shrub, it not only protects environment, but also has economic value. For the sake of purpose of permanent utilization, Caragana cutting is an indispensable step when it grows. But the quality of cross-section affects the rate of returning green direct.In order to evaluate the quality of cross-section, provide the theory basis of the design for cutter on small Sandy Shrub Harvester and the evaluation of cutting effect. The thesis studies the quality of evaluation indicator system for cross-section of caraganaThe research is divided into two parts, the indoor experiment and the outdoor experiment.In the laboratory experiment part, simulating caragana's growth condition, cutting stubble, with the L9(34)orthogonal test of the single plant and multi-plant, enactment the evaluating indicator of surface. Through the processing of the experiment data, confirm the major factors and the optimal combination . In the outdoor experiment, though the Cross-section of Caragana and processing the data of the rate of returning green , researched the quality evaluation indicator system for cross-section of caragana,"the proportion of burr areas","flaw depth"are the major factors effecting the rate of returning green of caragana. Neglecting the effect of other factors, when the data of the"the proportion of burr areas"is less than 0.46,"flaw depth / stubble height"is less than 0.42, the rate of returning green can reach 100%. |
