| In order to harvest fiber crops at the best time and further raise its use value, with the high quality and heavy producing ramie variety"Zhongzhu No.1"which bred by the Institute of Bast Fiber Crops of China academe of agriculture sciences, the paper has carried on comprehensive analysis on several agronomy characteristics such as strain height, stock diameter, phloem thickness, leaf age and biomass weight by immobilizing-district method in whole 2007, measured the cellulose and lignin contents of different part at different growth periods, analyzed fiber output per trunk and its construction factor by multiple regression, pretreated and saccharified with microorganisms under optimization conditions, measured the efficiency of saccharification of different part at different growth periods. The main results are as follows:1. Generally speaking, the first harvested ramie was best, the second one wasworst. There were different growth representations among the three: strain height of first and last ones keep increasing throughout the growing season, but that of the second one almost didn't change; the trend of change in stock diameter of the three ones was consistent, they all slowly changed throughout the growing season; the trend of change about phloem thickness were consistent, which grown quickly at early period, slowly at middle and later period. Accumulations of biomass about the three were consistent at early period, and the differences emerged at later growth period. The growth rate of leaf age were all mild, but the second harvested one was slightly inferior to the other two;2. The cellulose content of ramie continual increased in early growth periods, however, it stopped increasing at later growth stage, the maximums of the three harvested ramie were emerged at the middle ten days of a May, the last third of the July and last third of the October, when lignin contents were proliferated. The maximum of cellulose content in phloem was 71.46%, and that of in xylem was 48.96%;3. The correlation coefficient between stock diameter and phloem thickness was 0.961, the correlation was significantly positive. The correlation coefficient between strain height and stock diameter was 0.979, that of between strain height and phloem thickness was 0.962. The correlations among the three were significantly positive on level 0.01.Leaf age was not significantly correlated with any other indexes;4. Analyzed the construction factor of cellulose yield per trunk, initial reveal the mathematical model of cellulose yield per trunk : cellulose yield per trunk = -0.03×strain height +26.76×stock diameter +38.301×shameless -0.06×leaf age -0.033×biomass cumulant -45.219;5. The maximums of total sugar output per trunk of the three harvested ramie the total were 13.56g, 9.29g and 11.34g, which emerged at the middle ten days of a May, the last third of the July and last third of the October. The total sugar transformation efficiency in phloem was 59.88%emerged in the middle ten days of a May, which in xylem was 27.98% which emerged in last third of the October;6. The method of immobilization is feasible by t-test, which establish groundwork for later experiments. |
