The Extract And Purifying Of The Agaricus Bisporus Polysaccharide And The Study Of Its Molecule Structure

Agaricus bisporus is a mushroom whose cultivated scale,total production and production of unit cultivated area is the largest in the world. And it is also the biggest exportation of edible fungus in our country.A water soluble crude polysaccharide is extracted from the water-boiled dry Agaricus bisporus ,and its content is 6.2%.After graded by freezing and purified by the combined deprotionization methods of enzyme and sevage, and purified by Sepharose CL-6B gel filitration, ABP was obtained. It was homogeneous by tests:Gel filtration on Sepharose CL-6B,Determination of specific rotation and HPLC analyse, GC analyse..The average molecular weight of ABP is 1kd. ABP contains Xyl,Glc,Gal,Man, in molar ratio of 1.00:5.00:2.11:1.15 by GC.Partial hydrolysis with acid,Periodate oxidation,Smith degradation, I.R. were used on the structure analysis of ABP. The results revealed that the main chain of ABP is mainly made up of Glc,Gal,Man; the side chains are made up of Xyl,Glc,Gal,Man; the nonreduced end is composed of Man,Glc.
