In order to study the molasses multinutrient block (MMB) of local cattle in Guyuan, the experiment carries on formulas, raw material, technical parameter and feeding effect of molasses multinutrient block. The result indicated that1. Study on the material mixture ratio experiment, pressure experiment, roast experiment, technical parameter of molasses multinutrition block (MMB). The results showed that pressure of producing was 18Mpa, the content of calx, calcium hydrogen phosphate, salt, urea, Na-soil, molassess and bran in MUB were 5%, 12.5%, 20%, 10%, 20%, 20% and 4% respectively. The water content of molding MUB was 5%, the time of solidify was 14h, the toast temperature was 80℃, the toast time was 16h.2. Select thirty pica beef cattles In Ningnan mountainous distric Guyuan City, and conduct the block therapeutic test. After feeding the molasses multinutrient block, the content of trace element (Se, Zn, Cu, Co, I, Ca, P) in blood, the experiment group were significantly increased contrast with control group (P<0.05). The activity of ceruloplasmin (CP), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the serum of experimental group were significantly increased contrast with control group (P<0.05). The content of trace element(Se, Zn, Cu, Co)in feather, the experiment group were significantly increased contrast with control group (P<0.05).According to field observation and stock owner reflect, treatment group cattle have not pica symptom after ingestion block three days, feed and water intale has been increased.Every cattle have pica symptom and the clothing hair of the cattle was coarseness and lackluster before experiment. The pica symptom was gradually decreased, the clothing hair of the cattle dramatically change appearances, ahead of denude and the time of denude was in order, the colour of hair was brightness and bushy, the cattle was in good condition in the treatment group. But the clothing hair of the cattle in the control group was sparseness and dirty.After the experiment, the treatment group were all not pica symptom, that means that the molasses multinutrition block was effectively in treated cattle pica, so the molasses multinutrition block can be popularized in development of cattle.3. Via the cattle feed on the molasses multinutrition block, from the whole period of finishing, experimental group increased 280g more than control group, that was increased 30.4%(P<0.05). The body measurement indicates that the experimental group was increased in some degree. The body measurement indicates that at the end of experiment the experimental group and control group were all increased. The mean withers height, height at hip cross, height at sacru, body length, and chest deep in experiment group were significantly increased contrast with control group(P<0.05). The number of RBC, HCT, LY, MCHC in treatment group were significantly increased contrast with control group (P<0.05). The activity of ceruloplasmin(CP), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the serum of experimental group were significantly increased contrast with control group (P<0.05). The content of trace element (Se, Zn, Cu, Co, I, Ca, P) in blood, the experiment group were significantly increased contrast with control group (P<0.05). The content of trace element(Se, Zn, Co)in feather, the experiment group and control group were no significantly difference (P<0.05), the experiment group were significantly increased contrast with control group (P<0.05).
