The lily is the perennial plant which belongs to Lilium and Liliaceae, this genus altogether is approximately 100 kinds. Its main application value lies in ornamental, edible and raw material for medicine and so on. As cuting flower, lily's sales volume is among the best in the international flowers and plants market. In recent years, along with the expanding cultivated area and scalization production, the cuting flower quality, the continuous cropping barrier, plant disease and so on has become the question which urgent needs to solve in the production.This experiment has determined the rhizosphere soil microorganism (bacterium, fungus, actinomycete) quantity and the soil enzyme (catalase, urease, alkalinity phosphatase) activity change 4 lily varieties ('Prato', 'Pollyanna', 'White Fox', 'Snow Queen') in the first stubble and continuous cropping. Through analysis lily rhizosphere microorganism quantity and enzyme activity and lily growth relations, by defined lily and its soil microorganism interaction, For in the production practice through the soil organisms activity improvement, eliminate or reduce lily soil questions such as continuous cropping barrier, soil plant disease and so on, in order to provide the basis for using the microorganism to enhances the lily soil nutrient use efficiency.1. Lily rhizosphere microorganism quantity and enzyme activity change in the first stubble: Lily bulb rhizosphere soil microorganism quantity changes along with the lily growth developmental stages and the varieties. In the lily bulb area soil microorganism quantity are most by the bacterium quantity, is most sensitive regarding the rhizosphere effect, next is the fungus, is the actinomycete again. Before lily flower bud stage the soil bacteria and the ray fungi quantity rise, achieves in a big way in the flower bud stage, then drops. But after the bacterium rhizosphere effect increases first reduces, the actinomycete rhizosphere effect has actually increased. The lily bulb rhizosphere soil fungi quantity has experienced rises first, drops again rises, forms two peak values in the flower bud stage and the bulb substantial stage. The continuous cropping lily rhizosphere microorganism quantity and enzyme activity with the first stubble contrast change:Growing in the greenhouse continuous cropping lily before flower bud differentiation stage the rhizosphere microorganism quantity and the enzyme activity change are not obvious. After flower bud differentiation rapidly will elevate. The mainly possible concerns the lily aerial parts grows, the root system grows quite few. The rhizosphere soil bacteria and the actinomycete quantity has the drop compared to the field each varieties.The rhizosphere soil fungi quantity increases. But its R/S value is smaller than the field each varieties rhizosphere soil fungi R/S value. The rhizosphere soil urease and the alkalinity phosphatase activity is higher than the field each varieties, the rhizosphere effect increases. Rhizosphere soil catalase activity slightly has reduces, the rhizosphere effect change is not obvious.The lily cultivating in the greenhouse continuous cropping gowing trend and the insect pest are lower than field varieties first stubble.Contrast with the first stubble between the different variety lilES, the'White Fox' contrast is mostobvious, the'Prato' and 'Snow Queen' is quite small.
