Reineckia. Carnea A.kunth is a very important landscape ground cover plant and Chinese traditional medicine in Miao zones, which have high ornamental and medicine value. R. Carnea A.kunth which have no district request for soil culture, disliking the direct sunlight, lives in half dankness environments.This research studies on the ecological adaptability and physiological and biochemical mechanism of R. Carnea A.kunth under dissimilar sunshading treatment(01ay, 1lay, 21ays , 31ays, 41ays), which is in order to culture R. Carnea A.kunth more scientific, and provide some theoretics and gist for applications for R. Carnea A.kunth in landscape.Now the major results studied in this paper are abstracted as follows:1. There are significant effects on individual total biomass plant and plant height in different sunshadings, and it can get the highest individual total biomass and plant height under 2 lays sunshading nets(the euphotic rate is 7.7%).2. The photosynthesis production distribution of R. Carnea A.kunth is different from dissimilar sunshading treatments, which give more to root system than leaves under light abundance, and reverse if light is not enough. The NAR and RGR are significant dissimilar in different sunshading, and it has the highest NAR and RGR under 2 lays sunshading nets(the euphotic rate is 7.7%).3. The morphological characteristics are affected by different sunshading. The higher intensity of sunshading caused the bigger leaves area and thinner leaves.4. The sunshading treatments affect the pigment's content and component, some extent sunshading treatments can increase the content of Chla, Chlb and the total chloroplast, which content decrease under lower light conditions. The value of Chla/b less than 3 in different light conditions, which indicate that/?. Carnea A.kunth is a indirect sunlight plants.5. R. Carnea A.kunth can adjust its soluble sugar, soluble protein, conductivity, MDA content, RWC, activity of POD and SOD to adapt to different light environments, which can accumulate the proline content to tolerant or fit the light condition, and the mature leaves' tolerant abilities higher than immature.6. In general, it is the best light condition under euphotic rate 7.7% for R. Carnea A. kunth's growth.
