New Tablegrape "Muscat Kyoho" Of Ecological Adaptbility

Muscat Kyoho(Muscat de Hamburg×Kyoho),a middle lately ripening variety hybridized by Agriculture science research institute of DaLian in 1993 is a new variety belong to Kyoho.In the August 27,2002,as domestic renowned experts agreed that "a huge new grape varieties of roses quality traits are more than China's current breeding and the introduction of the countries in the world have been reported to the European hybrid,its production occupy Europe and the United States hybrid breeding the leading domestic level to the advanced international level and in 2004 was promoted as key scientific and technological achievements projects by the State Ministry of Science and Technology.Muscat Kyoho combines Kyoho and Muscat de Hamburg's common strongpoint-disease-resistant,high-yield,grain,a rose fragrance,its Fruit quality characteristics is more like Eurasian species.Introduction experiment by other places showed that this species may be the focus of future development of the high-grade new grape varieties,and is also the most perfect regenerate variety to Kyoho and middle ripening variety so it has expansive prospects.In the climate condition of Chongqing,in contrast with Kyoho,the studies were carried out on the biology characteristic,phenophase,high yield,Photosynthetic parameters,diseases resistance,fruit characters and quality of Muscat Kyoho.The result showed that:1.According to phenophase,It buds in the last 20-days of February,blossoms in the first 10-days of April and veraision is in the medium of July.It repened mid-late ripening(141 days from bud break to ripeness).2.According to high yield,the pruning node level no more than 36-37 in whole plant,Bud germination is 4 of longshaft shoot and 2～3 of shot can,every bud germination is 8～9,It beneficial to high yield.3.According to Photosynthetic parameters,Muscat Kyoho is better than Kyoho,So Muscat Kyoho have higher yield potential.4.According to diseases resistance,The resistance to disease of Shifuluosha and Downy mildew was best to leaves,and Shifuluosha and cracked fruit was best to fruit.5.According to fruit characters and quality,The fruit appearance,figure and uniformity was best,but fruit skin color and partical was poor,the pericarp is thin and edible;The content of reducing sugars,Vc,soluble solids and dry matter is higher,total acid and tannin is lower.It have unique rose flavor and its mouth feeling is suitable acide.It quality is more best.6.Under conmmon conditions in fruit preservation,Muscat Kyoho and Kyoho healthy fruit ratio,reducing sugars,total acid,Vc,tannin is negative related to temperture and storage, fruit-dropping ratio and weightloss ratio is positiverelated to temperture and storage,After storage 9 day,Muscat Kyoho healthy fruit ratio is higher than Kyoho3.95%,fruit-dropping ratio is higher than Kyoho0.76%in normal temperture.Muscat Kyoho shelf-lift is longer than Kyoho,so it accepted by the market.In all,the quality sapor and resistance to diseases was better than Kyoho,It was a good variety and was recommendable in Chongqing.So it accepted by consumer.The cost of Muscat Kyoho is 50 per kg and is higher than Kyoho 10 per kg in 2007,The market prospecty of Muscat Kyoho is quite bullish.
