| The green roof is a kind of beneficial supplementary form of city greening, which plays a positive role in increasing city green coverage , beautifying the cityscape, alleviating the city heat island effect ,and improving the ecological function in the city etc.. The city greening area in Shanghai is becoming smaller and smaller, therefore, developing green roof has been an effective measure to increase the green coverage rate,and has also been the necessary trend to realize city garden from ground to space. Building scientific plant choose system and policy encourage mechanism is the prerequisites to implement comprehensive green roof.The thesis has carried on statistical analysis to green roof coverage, house structure, ways of afforesting, afforesting cost, plant variety of 19 counties in Shanghai and so on , and has been appraised and screened out the following situations of the sampled 33 afforested roofs in pudong developing area in shanghai,such as construction foundation,afforested type, functional demand ,building date and building area etc.Through the green roof of the building models, to promote a demonstration effect.Meanwhile, it has analysed the ecological factor influencing the development of green roof, and has done the research on the influenced key factor ,that is, load and drain off water at matrix angle.Through the contrast with green roof development and policy guidance in overseas countries ,the author analyzed 'bottleneck" which constrained from developing green roof in shanghai,summarized the experience of developing green roof,put forward advice on technological approach for further development to give reference to the development of roof afforesataion in shanghai. |
