We conduct LC50,effective density, the influence to pond water quality andplankton, antibacterial function of "medicament" and Trichodina control of "medicalpowder" and 1%Celastrusangulatus (Bitterhullvine) produced. The results arefollowings.1.We conduced amounts of tests and determined the ranges of test density withyearling silver carp. The LC5O of "medical powder" of 24h, 48h, 72h and 96his 195g/m~3, 160g/m~3, 150 g/m~3 and 145g/m~3 respectively; And the LC50 of"medicament" of 24h is 0.92g/m~3. All of the LC50 of "medicament" of 48h, 72h and 96h are 0.67g/m~3. The safe densities of "medical powder" and"medicament" are 16g/m~3 and 0.67g/m~3 respectively.2.We conducted seven gradients tests and one control test to two medicines (medicalpowder and medicament) in safe density with grass carp fingerlings infected byTrichodina. The effective density of "medical powder" to Trichodina is 1.5g/m~3and 0.012g/m~3 for "medicament". The effective densities of "medical powder"and "medicament" for fish production are 1.5~4g/m~3 and 0.045~0.050g/m~3respectively. "Medical powder" is better to the Trichodina control.3.According to the research of the effects of two medicines to dissolvedoxygen (Do.),ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in pond water, the two medicines willdecreased the level of Do. in pond water. but the level of Do. is still high."Medicament" increased the density of ammonia nitrogen to two times thanbefore and increased a few of nitrite; "Medical powder" decreased a few of thedensity of ammonia nitrogen and five times of nitrite in pond water.4.The influence of two medicines to plankton in pond water These two medicines is no effect on phytoplankton and small-size zooplankton (rotifer andprotozoon), but can kill almost half amount of large-size zooplankton (cludoceraand copepod).5.1%Celastrusangulatus can suppress and kill eight kinds of bacterium in varying degrees. When the density of bacteria is low, the effect of suppression andextinguishing bacterium is good, otherwise, it will decrease or completely vanishWhen the density of bacteria is 3×10~3 cfu/mL, the MIC to bacteria (9605) ofskin-rot of soft turtle is 0.0023ug/mL and 1.2ug/mL for the G4 strain of gill-rotbacteria of grass carp, the effect is bad. When the density of bacterium arebetween 3×10~3 cfu/mL and 3×10~4 cfu/mL, the MBC of all pathogens are largerthan its MIC Meanwhile, the extinguishing effect to C9606 strain of white-spotdisease of soft turtle is better, the MBC is 0.15ug/mL.And the effect to A9502strain of inflamed soft turtle is worse, the MBC is 9.6ug/mL.When the density ofbacteria is 3×10~3 cfu/mL, we cann't observe the effect of extinguishing thebacterium of Celastrusangulatus on the test conditions.
