Goose paramyxovirus has brought the serious economic loss to the domestic poultry industry since its pandemic in most regions of our country such as Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hebei, Zhejiang, Jilin, Fujian, Anhui, Sichuan, Shanghai in 1997. the APMV-1 epidemic can not be completely controlled although various kind of taditional NDV vaccines are being used ,however there are hardly any vaccines for Goose paramyxovirus disease. In order to compare the immunity efficiency between novel vaccine and the common NDV inactivated vaccine to provide a rational reference for prevent the poultry NDV, the NA-1 and SF02 strains from goose are selected to prepare the bivalence inactivated vaccine with oil as its adjuvant.we prepare oil emulsion inactivated vaccine with SF02 from shanghai and NA-1 from Jilin according to the inactivated vaccine production method. The result of the physical characteristics test , sterility test ,safety test and immunity potency test showed that all of the characters meet the biological product standards. After the immunity immunity comparision of the SF02/NA-1 bivalence inactivated vaccine, ND inactivated vaccine and ND attenuated vaccine , we found that one dose SF01/NA-1 bivalence inactivated vaccine has better immunity protection efficiency to goose and one dose ND inactivated vaccine has better immunity protection efficiency to chicken, but worse to goose. According to the analysis of the antibody after immunization ,we found that the valence of HI is depend on the virulence of the strainsTo make the best immune programme for the goose paramyxovirus disease, we used three vaccines to do the experiment. The results showed that the avirulent vaccine and the Inactivated Vaccine, we studied, used together will have the best effects. This program also had good effects in emergency immunity, which protected a good defendant barrier for the healthy geese, in or close to the died geese.
