The Prevalence Of Parasites In Sheep And Goat In Part Area Of Henan Provence And Deworming Trial In Field

Parasite severely delibitates goats and sheep health,and brings enormous economic loss.So the prevalence of Coccidia in sheep in a farm,Henan Province was investigated;Goats infected naturally with nematode from Zhengzhou,Xuchang and Xinxiang district were used to make a deworm test with Dachongjing(Albendazole);In addition,it was made that a deworm effect trial of Ivermectin injection and Avermectin preparation for drinking water against Nemathelminth in goats.Wish to offer a technic help to farmers.Faecal samples from 82 poll dorset sheep randomly selected from a farm in Zhengzhou district were examined to determine the prevalence of Coccidia infections in Henan.The result showed that the average infection rate was 84.2%,the largest rate was 100%,and the lowest rate was 24.57%.the average value of oocyst per garm(OPG)was 839.03,the most OPG was 4200.There were totally 11species of Eimeria Coccidia:E.weybridyensis,E.bakuensis,E.parva,E.ovinodalis,E.granulosa,E.crandllis,E.ahsata,E.faurei,E.gonzalezi,E.aemula,E.pallida.Shape index of oocysts were measured with Miaspro photoshop nanalysis system,and took micrograph.The predominant species were E.weybridyensis and E.bakuensis.most sheep were infected with 2 to 5 species.In order to make sure of the most suitable dosage of Dachongjing(Albendazole) deworming Nemathelminth in goats,Goats naturally infected with nematode were divided into 5 groups:Dachongjing(Albendazole)with the dosage of 5mg/kg.bw,10 mg/kg.bw,15 mg/kg.bw,using Avermectin with the dosage of 0.2 mg/kg.bw and the control.The results showed that the dosage of 10 mg/kg.bw and 15 mg/kg.bw could deworm nemathelminth and their eggs completely,but the dosage of 5mg/kg.bw couldn't.And the nemathelminth in goats were excreted on the second day after using medcine,and the summit was on the third day.Twenty Goats and twenty sheep were divided into five groups:given Fenbendazole 10 mg/kg.bw,15mg/kg.bw,20mg/kg.bw,used Avermectin 0.2 mg/kg.bw and the control group.Eggs of nematode were examined before using medicine and on the seventh day after using medicine,repectively.Check everyday quantity of excreting eggs of worms in the Faeces since the next day after using medicine,Stop checking when there is no egg in the Faeces.The result showed 10mg/kg.bw Fenbendazole was best in driving the nematode.Sixty sheep infected naturally with enteric nematode were divided into four groups.No medicine for the first group,taking orally Albendazole with the dosage of 15mg/kg.bw for the second group,endermic injecting Ivermectin with the dosage of 0.2mg/kg.bw for the third,and taking Avermectin orally with the dosage of 0.2mg/kg.bw for the last.The result showed that Ivermectin injection and Avermectin preparation for drinking water were both suitable to deworm enteric nematode and ectogenetic parasites in sheep.
