The Research On Water Erosion Process In Heidaigou Opencut Coal Mine Dump Slope

Soil erosion is a major factor of causing environmental degradation. For a long time, human irrational utilization of natural resources is destroying the vegetation and thus leads to serious erosion. As a result, increasing erosion reduces land productivity, soils fertility and water capacity, and etc, which turn to further deteriorate the ecological environment. The artificial destruction by creating the items of basic construction intensified the environment worsening.It is significance that improves the ecological environment, reduces the soil erosion, deepens the public understanding of environmental effect in particular, and thus provides the important scientific basis for the development items of basic construction conservation of water and soil work and this local sustainable development. Taking the Heidaigou dump slope of opencut coal mine in the loess gully area as the research object, the runoff plot was carried in the different expelling ages, according to the runoff plot actual material and the on-the-spot investigation correlation data, the relationships between corrosion environment and runoff, erosion amount were analyzed, including rainfall characteristic, the vegetation, and the soil. Among the rainfall amount, the rainfall intensity, rainfall erosivity , rainfall erosivity is most remarkable, correlation coefficient is above 0.80.The soil is the corroded object, the clay rate may take the soil characteristic, the relationships between runoff, erosion amount and the clay rate have established , the correlation coefficient is above 0.85. The vegetation factor is the most sensitive factor, the size of the vegetation type, the vegetation coverage influence directly soil erosion, according to the runoff plot, the relational functions between the vegetation coverage and the soil runoff, erosion amount have established. The natural vegetation succession rule is also obtained from many years vegetation investigation, which provided the scientific basis and the theory instruction for the vegetation to restore.This paper also realized water erosion model WEPP to simulate water erosion of the west which the items of basic construction- large-scale dump of open-cut mine.
