The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of soybean oil supplemented onlactation performance and reproductive performance in early lactation and cows were fed northeast hay andcorn silage as roughage.Single factors and four levels were used in experimental design, 60 cows werechosen according to ages, parity ,lactation period, milk production and BW. They were random divided into4 groups of 15. Group A was basic Group B: the soybean oil was added at 3% of DM of diet. Group C: thesoybean oil was added at 4% of DM of diet Group D: the soybean oil was added at 5% of DM of diet. TheSPSS statistical analysis software was used in the experiment. The results are as folloWs:In aspect Of reproduction performance, group B, group C and group D was more significant early thanA group (P<0.05) in the cholesterol; The day of the oestrous cycle was similar (P>0.05); The conceptionrate of the first service, group B, group C and group D was more significant early than group A (P<0.05);In oestrus, E2 and P4 of group B, group C and group D were more significant early than A group (P<0.05),the contents of FSH and LH were similar (P>0.05);in luteal phase, E2,P4,FSH and LH of every groupwas similar (P>0.05).Effects on lactational performance: Recorded milk weights the 30th day postpartum and 60th daypostpartum, group B,group C and group D were higher than A group (P>0.05),but they were notsignificant, group A and group B were similar (P>0.05), group C and group D were more significanthigher than group A and group B in 90th (P<0.05).In 60th day, the milk fat of group B,group C and group Dwas higher than group A, group A and group B were similar (P>0.05), group C and group D were moresignificant higher than group A(P<0.05), group B and group C, group D were similar (P>0.05).The milkprotein of every group was similar (P>0.05).Results shown that Trial diet added at 4% of DM in the form of soybean oil.It was more important topromotion on the lactational performance and reproductive performance in dairy cows.It was certainpromotion application value and the prospect.
