Abstract/Summary:
This study investigated the Enzyme Activities in the Rhizosphere soil of ectotrophic mycorrhiza parasitifer ,between Plantation Forestry and four months seeding in the laboratory which including Inoculation of ectotrophic mycorrhiza and no-inoculation .and the determination of the Enzyme Activities and Ph. Insides acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, polyphenol oxidase, sucrase and urea enzyme.we account fungal infection of ectotrophic mycorrhiza.we analysis the Enzyme Activities of the soil in the forest every month and in the lab. Finding otherness is badly salience of the Enzyme Activities in the Rhizosphere soil of ectotrophic mycorrhiza parasitifer. Acoording to tendency chart of the enzyme every month, the Enzyme Activities in the mycorhiza rhizosphere soil shows obvious overtop then no-inoculation Rhizosphere soil. The results account for mycorrhiza symbiosis accelerate the plants absorb nutritive element greatly. The pH of soil shows alkaline in the forest and change unconspicuous. The correlation is obvious between infection rate and the urea enzyme activities is positive linear dependence. in the next place, the phosphatase activities and sucrase activities, it is shows the correlation not half. The results explain the infection rates of plant roots in the rhizosphere and the Enzyme Activities in the rhizosphere display positive correlation. Mycorrhiza improve the enzyme activities in the rhizosphere soil, and obvious improve the plant absorbing the nutrition .
