Cow Mastitis is a frequently encountered disease of cow and causes very tremendous economical losses. This experiment adopted 223 samples from 77 cows, which were determined for troubling mastitis by CMT and somatocyte detection, in Inner Mongolia, isolated and identified environmental mastitis pathogens. We isolated 5 species 219 strains pathogenic bacteria that cause the environmental mastitis in total and 9 strains Streptococcus dysgalactiae, 14 strains Streptococcus uberis, 126 strains colibacillus, 53 strains Klebsiella and 6 strains Bacillus proteus were among them. The results of susceptibility test showed that among the 19 selected drugs, the antibacterial activity of gentamicin, Ofloxacin on isolated pathogenic bacteria were higher and kanamycin, ciprofloxacin is the next. The antibacterial activities of penicillin, streptomycin were lower than others. The results of this experiment showed that the morbidity of environmental cow mastitis in Inner Mongolia is 71.43%. The Escherichia coli (E.coli) and Klebsiella are the main pathogenic bacteria for cow environmental mastitis. We determined 87 strains o-style enteropathogenic E.coli by serum identification on typical o-antigen of 23 species E.coli, they belong to 9 different serological types and the superiority serological types are O1,O2,O8,O76,O158 which occupy 86.2%(75/87) in isolated E.coli.This study used random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technology, genotyped 53 strains Klebsiella and got seven genotypes. The types of geneâ… and geneâ…¡bacteria are superiority microbial population, occupy 73.58%(39/53). This experiment research results provide something theory reference for prevention and an instruction purpose of clinical medication on cow mastitis in Inner Mongolia.
