The study of this article is mainly about the impact of earthworm on the physical andchemical property of the soil by choosing the representative soil in Northeast China District,inoculated earthworms, the living environment of earthworms for simulation and analysis ofresearch activities the impact the content of water stabile aggregates and the accumulation oforganic carbon and to improve the physical and chemical properties of the black soil, blacksoil to maintain fertility, provide a reference. Experimental studies through a number ofdifferent in a small the time scale, and put a certain amount (10g) of the same feeder (driedsoybean defoliation) on water stable aggregates content and organic carbon black Volume ofinoculation and the same number of earthworms and the feeder is not limited by inputdifferent diet (C: corn stalks, S: soybean deciduous, D: cow dung) in the soil to be two ofvermicompost and the content of organic carbon. The main findings are as follows:1) Effect of different quantity of earthworms on content of water stable aggregates increasedsignificantly (P<0.05). In the soilⅠ(of corn planted plot) after 7 d and 28 d after treatment0.25-0.5mm diameter under the water stable aggregates content and>0.25mm water stableaggregates content control increased significantly (P<0.05). In the soilⅡ(soybean plantedplots), the number of earthworms different between the treatment on content water-stableaggregates varies significantly (P<0.05). But the soil by earthworms activities>0.25mm water stable aggregates thetotal content of the increase compared with the control or significantly. The results showedthat the activities of earthworms, the content of water stable aggregates in the soilⅠhigherthan theⅡ, This phenomenon has proved a point of view that the content of water stableaggregates related to the content of organic carbon in the soil.2) The number of different inoculating earthworms and inputs of a certain food processing,from two different plots of soil organic carbon content in earthworms after 7 d after which theorganic carbon content control low, and significantly higher than the original soil, earthwormsafter 28 days of activities, two of the soil organic carbon content lower than that in control, itwas very close to the original soil level, after earthworm activities.
