The developing progress in the pyrolysis and liquefaction of biomass is reviewed in this paper. In this foundation.take the different years bamboo as samples,carries on the thermal analysis to it under the different elevation of temperature,and each active energy was calculated,results indicated:the characteristic of different years bamboo's pyrolysis has the certain difference.this is because the chemical composition has changed during the bamboo's growth.and with bamboo's age increasc.the active energy also increase-Kinds of modem instruments were applied in order to the analysis, the microscopic structure and chemical characteris of bamboo with different ages were studied.The characteristics of bamboo's pyrolysis with different chemical additives and different content of phenol were studied.The pyrolysis's dynamics model with kcl was established,and the dynamics parameters were calculated.The results indicated: The pure bamboo powder's weightlessness mainly may divide into 4 stages in the end(700°C), In each stage,each kind of chemical additive's influence to the bamboo weightlessness rate are all different.Finally.the function of the additives in the practical application of bamboo thermal decomposition are analysed; Within 250°C. with the exception of phenol for bamboo than 2 11, compared with Phenolic content increase, the sample's weightlessness also increased ;During 250 -400°C. with the exception of phenol for bamboo than 2:1, the sample's weightlessness decreased with Phenolic content increase:above 600"C. Phenolic content has little influence to the performance of bamboo thermal decomposition;With the speed of elevation of temperature increases.either the bamboo or bamboo with Kcl.the final burnt carbon content all increased after the pyrolysis.and it is benefit to reduce the active energy when Kcl was added. The active encrg) of bamboo's pyrolysis assumes the certain regularity.the value in the second stage is obvious smaller than the value in the first stage.but it is opposite when kcl was added.And Ihe front refers have not obvious rules.In the aspect of analysis of bamboo pyrolysis"products.FTlR was used to analysis the spectrum of bamboo pyrolysis"products with different pyrolysis's end temperature. In the aspect of bamboo's liqucfication.the factors which affected the bamboo's liquefication and the application of products of bamboo's liquefication were studied.The results indicated that bamboo's liquefication was affected by the type of catalyst.the recruitme.the temperature of liquefaction.the content of phenol and other factors.The best condition for liquefication is: 11C1 or BF3, as catalyst (5%),the temperature of liquefication is 115°C.the proportion of phenol and bamboo is 2 : 1- 1 : 1.
