| Study on the standard of pesticides in safety use of Lonicera japonica "Safety,Effacay,Stabilization and Control" was the requirement of World Health Organization to Chinese herbs. The quality of Chinese herbs was not only including the effective constituent,toxicant and content but also the heavy metals and pesticide residue.We studied on the degradation of imidacloprid, acetaniprid and triadimefon in Lonicera japonica and the impact on content of chlorogenic acid. We also studied on the determination of Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu, Sb in 6 kinds of Chinese herbs. The detailed results obtained were as follows:(1) Established the method for the analysis of imidacloprid, acetaniprid and triadimefon in Lonicera 1aponica (LJ). The recoveries were 70.83~93.58 %, 83.33~93.58 %,81.34~120.71%; RSD were 2.59~5.87%,3.56~6.21%,5.29~8.71%。And studied on the residual dynamics of the 3 pesticides on LJ. The results of two years indicated that half-life of imidacloprid was 1.33~2.09d, after about 5~7d the residue was determined less than 10%; half-life of acetaniprid was 2.58~2.74d, after about 7~10d the residue was determined less than 10%; half-life of triadimefon was 1.46~2.52d, after about 7~9d the residue was determined less than 10%.(2) The results of the pesticides impact on the content of chlorogenic acid (CA) in two years showed that CA the concentration increased significantly (P<0.01) after spraying imidacloprid (90 g·hm-2) and increased significantly (P<0.01) after spraying acetaniprid both 3.75g/hm2 and 18.75 g·hm-2; there was no difference after spraying triadirnefon (114 g·hm(-2)).(4) Established the detedted method of Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu, Sb and determination them in 6 different kinds of Chinese herbs and the average recovery was 81.34%~120.71%, RSD was 5.29%. The eligible rate was 75% in 48 samples. |
