Primary Research On Unproductive Greenland Protection And Use Of Wuhan City Marginal Zone

At present, our country is entering a fast urbanized time. along with citydevelopment, city scale expansion, there were many questions, For instance, theecological environment labefaction, the resources waste, the climate change, the naturaldisaster, biodiversity reduction and so on. Entironment design and green system withstructure perfectness and function rationalization were hoped to improve these questions.But, because the central city's green scale and the quantity were restricted, the citymarginal zone became the large-scale constructive green place.In china, some big city such as Beijing, Shanghai and so on all started the greenbeltconstruction around thecity. It obtained some achievement for controlling the citydisorder expansion, maintaining the ecological equilibrium and improving citymicroclimate. Simultaneously there were some questions such as green area corrodingseriously, layout shape unreasonable, the construction ecology insufficient. Wuhan citymarginal zonegreen constructs was being a start stage. The author hoped to have theinstruction to Wuhan future development by investigating and summaring these bigcities' condition.Wuhan city marginal zone had superior natural environment and landscapecondition. Meanwhile inadequate recognition, insufficient protection, man-madedestroyment, serious pollution and unable using disadvantageous were also faced asquestions. Through the on-the-spot investigation and the practice summary of thedomestic and foreign correlate, the author proposed three aspect strategy for theprotection and the use as following:(1) Establishing protection and use based on region green system foundationprotection and use:that meant, city territory green system, greensystem of the urbanplanning area and the central city green system were taken as a whole, at the same time,the reasonable green network in the city marginalzone was established to connect thecentral city seepage system.(2) protection and use based on land natural evolution rule: Theland naturalevolution rule was the natural environment spontaneous process. Considering it, layoutmust respect nature and advancly offer evolution space to achieve the balance of city tonatural.(3) protection and use taking person's demand as foundation: Human's basic demandhad decided the city marginal zone's leisure and rest function, establishing the multi-level amusement and rest system and the perfect amusement and rest facility weredesired.
