| With the development of the world s swine industry of intensivism and scopation,SEW technology becomes more and more important and beneficial, which makes earlyweaning pig protected from the interference of environmental pathologicalmicroorganism and improves production performance.In the experiment, fifty-four14-day-old healthy crossed weaning pigs (half of male and female live separately) ofsimilar body weight(4.08±0.15Kg) were selected and randomly assigned to threetreatments,three repeats each treatment, and six pigs in each repeat.The type of corn-beanwas used as basic diet, which was fed in control group,and the other two groups fed otherdiet appended with 0.05% and 0.10% IgY. The 28-day-period of experiment wasdesigned to two stages, some targets such as: production performance, biochemical indexof blood serum, digest and metabolize were mensurated. The effects of IgY on the abilityof anti-stress,diarrhea,productive,immunity performance of SEW weaning pig wereresearched, to ensure the level of IgY added to diet, which offer important and scientificgist for improving the immunity of SEW weaning pig and exerting the potential ofheredity. The results indicated that:(1) The diet appended with IgY can heighten the production performance of SEWweaning pig significantly, enhance pig's immunity, improve environmentalmicroorganism hindgut and decrease the diarrhea ratio.(2) According to the analysis of production performance, the level of immunityglobin in blood serum, the environmental microorganism hindgut and diarrhea, addIgY(0.01% or 0.05%) to diet had no difference, so in the production application, add0.05% IgY to the diet of SEW weaning pig is feasible.The mutual relation of the diet of SEW weaning pig and the type of diet, the level ofappend and the action mechanism are all needed further study. |
